...and unfortunately, she loses out on the $1,000,000, sadly causing our fourth million-dollar loss in the history of the show.
Well, that was a disappointing way to end the week. Our Weekend Getaways contestants took home $254,635 in cash and prizes, this week. We could not beat Season 34's version in terms of winnings, but boy, we could have if Kaia just had an extra second so she could win the big one. The only real highlight from this week were the two Bonus Round wins on Monday and Thursday.
Next week is Sunny Portugal Week, and just like European Vacation Week, this week is being sponsored by Collette. I do not believe we have ever done a week dedicated to Portugal, so it will be interesting to see what happens.
