if anyone thinks they just randomly distribute BR envelopes, the I in AMERICA'S had both of these last two millions. They do pay attention.

On my episode, I saw Pat's card and the $100K was one space adjacent to that in the R. I bet it's like Punch-a-Bunch on TPIR, where the top prize's placement is deliberate while everything else is random.

It's quite possible when they want a win, they place it where they think it'll be landed on. Perhaps they want a win, but have just had rotten luck?

3/5 is a really scary ratio. Let's hope it doesn't build up.

3/5 is a really scary ratio. Let's hope it doesn't build up. It’s actually 3/8. I think the term “scary” is but an overstatement though.

Good lord, that Trip Puzzle sucked. I mean, clearly (Loud Boomy Voice) “IT CAME FROM THE BROCHURE” ...oh. Beat me to it. Two Million losses in four episodes, taped just 20 days apart? Heartrending, no doubt, but it's soured a bit on my end since I know the show would've spoiled it well in advance if either had been won. It's quite possible when they want a win, they place it where they think it'll be landed on. Perhaps they want a win, but have just had rotten luck? I doubt they actually want the Million to be won. Heck, I'm pretty sure Friedman and Sony execs did their happy dances back in November after each of these were taped.

I don't think that was even a brochure. Someone just came up with that garbage on the fly to fit it in with Ireland.

I got nothing to say. Another Million Dollar loss. But this is ridiculous. The Question is: Where do we go from here?

I am absolutely stunned that we have yet another $1M loss, this one on a difficult puzzle. But on the bright side, Kristen's going to Ireland and we have two more episodes left this week. My rating: 5

Well, think of this as getting five out of six lottery numbers, but imagine the reaction had she won it all. www.pahomepage.com/news/scranton-woman-win-big-on-wheel-of-fortune/1707088522Of course, I got ANNOYING, but of course, the writers threw a curve ball at us with the negative ending here. At least we had an exciting finish to the main game, and we're now two for three for the prize wedge. Now for ANNOYING SLIDE WHISTLE for a R4+ puzzle. At least we still get real cracks at the million unlike on that other show. Meanwhile, J!'s starting to build up a five-day champion drought, about to pass the three month mark, which means that a ToC will almost certainly not happen this season. Show grade: C

At least people are actually getting a shot at it, unlike the show with "million" in its title, where such an opportunity has not happened in five and a half years, and that was mostly thanks to an overpowered lifeline that's now retired.

I find it really hard to believe that it happened twice within less than a week. Also, I don’t know if anyone noticed this, but it was in the exact same place on the Bonus Wheel where it was on Friday’s show, the I in America’s. This makes me wonder how often they shuffle it around.

I had BR with RSTLNE. I kept yelling it but she didn’t listen.

This makes me wonder how often they shuffle it around. Here are the locations of the million dollar envelope every time it was in play since Season 34. There is very noticeable bias towards the WIN***AMERICA area starting around November 2017. It didn't appear in the word AMERICA'S at all in S34 or early S35. Also, the location has been the I in AMERICA'S for the past three MDBR's in a row, not just two. This was no "Fried Zucchini," but it was rough, none the less.
I (and Pat, and everyone else) were pretty speechless on Friday. The wife called this one at the commercial break, "She's getting the $1M envelope, just solve the puzzle, baby!"
It pops up and she turns to me for the solve. I got ANNOYING and that was it. Clueless. Time runs out. Pat opens the envelope and you can tell by his face. I turn around and my wife is laying across the couch with her back to the TV yelling "WHY DO WE CONTINUE TO WATCH THIS?!?!?!?!?!"
This. This is why we watch. Not only for the gut punch, but the random acts of insanity that make you cheer for total strangers (a random $100K envelope, the brothers doing "YMCA," or the wife jumping into her husbands arms which led to the greatest ad lib between Pat & Vanna, etc, etc, etc).
There's a reason this show has been on so long.
I'll never quit watching. Hopefully, you won't either.
