WTOV - STEUBENVILLE, OHIO / WHEELING, WEST VIRGINIA
Thursday's Wheel was not scheduled to air at all due to a high school football game. However, the game got rained out right before the third quarter, with a 30-minute lightning clock set (in high school football, if lightning is spotted, 30 minutes must pass with no subsequent lightning; if another bolt is spotted at any time, the clock resets). WTOV then aired Jeopardy! (which was scheduled to air after the game at 9:30 PM Eastern) from about 8:25-8:55. Since there was still lightning, Wheel aired afterwards in full from about 8:55-9:25, after which WTOV returned to the field still with 7 minutes left on the lightning clock.

The final night of RNC ran way long, to 11:44 PM Eastern/8:44 Pacific. Thursday's Wheel will not air at all in most of the West Coast, including Seattle. The stations that do air it will likely start it during R3. The stations that air J! from the beginning will probably JIP it at 10:44 in Wheel's time slot and skip Wheel.

WBZ is preempting Wheel this Thursday night for a Patriots Premiere special so Thursday's Wheel is being re-scheduled for early Friday at 1:37am ET immediately following The Late Late Show With James Corden in place of paid programming.
Also on a side note, Thursday's episode of J! is also getting preempted for that same special since the Patriots Premiere special is an hour long.

CJON - ST. JOHN'S, NEWFOUNDLAND, CANADAAccording to a CJON viewer in the comments section of another Wheel recap site, CJON (AKA "NTV", which airs Wheel before the US) somehow aired the wrong Bonus Round on Monday. The maingame was correct, with Scott/Karisa/Meg. However, the Bonus Round was a completely different one from later in the week featuring a contestant named... Tina.

WFTV in Orlando did that one time with Jeopardy by accident. It was 4/24/2013 that happened. They played the whole Jeopardy and Double Jeopardy round but they mistakenly played the next day's Final Jeopardy instead. I know that because someone on YouTube posted that happening. That user got terminated so that video is no longer available.

Oops! I imagine the BR that CJON aired is Tuesday's since the episodes are sent out one weekday in advance. However, I do recall one incident during either Season 30 or 31 where CHEK, Wheel's Western Canada affiliate, accidentally aired an episode from the following week. It was a Disney Cruise Line Week episode where the red team lost by about $20, IIRC; someone on Twitter noted the close win a few days before it actually was supposed to air.

KKTV - COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO
Tonight's airing of Super Bowl L has been cancelled, apparently due to clearance issues. The listings were updated and Thursday's Wheel will air at its normal time tonight.
Instead, KKTV will be airing the AFC Wild Card Steelers/Broncos game from January 8, 2012 on Friday. However, possibly to accommodate first-run Wheel and its sweepstakes, the game will start at 6:30 PM Mountain, which means Wheel will air at its regular time on Friday as well. However, listings still have 6:00-9:00 PM as TBA with no Wheel, so DVR'ers will need to record a three-hour time slot unless it's fixed by tomorrow night.

Over the past couple days, I've been Emailing NBC stations that do not have Thursday's episode listed asking them if they have any plans to air the episode since it's new but Friday's is not. Several of them are moving it to other slots, sister stations, or to Friday despite not being listed. The full rundown will be coming later today.
One of them, KALB in Alexandria, Louisiana, is actually letting me, a total stranger who doesn't even live in the area, decide what to do with Friday's episode! They will air Thursday's episode on Friday, but are leaving it up to me to decide whether they should also move Friday's show (3/10/20) to replace the Saturday rerun (4/1/19), or just skip Friday like WITN is doing.
I haven't told them my decision yet, but 3/10/20 feels like a worse episode since it had some bad gameplay and a premium car loss, while 4/1/19 was a nothing-special episode with a $36K loss. Also, the latter episode had a higher winning score.
