Isn’t it simpler to just air the episodes with a disclaimer, similar to what they did with the S23 New Orleans episodes?

^ It would still be really unsettling to see all these promotions for Carnival Cruise Line and giant cruise murals behind Pat. Plus, what if people just happen to tune in mid-show and get the wrong idea? We saw how many people pointed out the Italy trip wedge the other day. Heck, I saw a tweet today regarding the Saturday rerun (which was teams) saying that they felt uncomfortable seeing seven people scrunched up at the Wheel.

^That's true, but they could've ran a crawl for the whole episode instead of pulling them or adding a disclaimer at the beginning.

That would just be obnoxious to have that on screen for the whole show. Viewers probably don't want any more reminders of the pandemic when they're watching good, clean shows like Wheel.

^Then, I'm going to say pulling the shows was the right decision.

It really was. Hopefully they will air at some point. Carnival can't stay shut down forever.

Why is UK Getaway week getting pulled?

I think UK Getaway week was pulled because of the coronavirus pandemic that has hit Europe really hard...and will probably soon hit the UK by the end of this week or this month. Collette vacations has been a partner with Wheel for a few years, and I don't know what the company's outlook is since the pandemic hit Europe. Also London is a key gateway to the Europe via rail or plane, and no one in Europe is traveling now since some of the countries have issued lockdowns, particularly Italy.

They could have offered the contestants trips to the UK that week. Also they could be doing a sweepstakes for a wheel watchers club member to win a trip there. So they are pulling it so that can't happen. The contestants can't go on their trips till after their show has aired. So by delaying the episodes it will delay the trips as well

I think that if Pat promotes the "Week of Fun!" sweepstakes that was canceled before the $2,000 Toss-Up each day this coming week (Gone Fishin'), then they'll edit it out. Probably same as if Pat promotes the UK Getaway sweepstakes before each $2,000 Toss-Up.

The week before UK Getaway week is an America's Game week. So he probably didn't promote UK Getaway in those episodes

No reason he couldn’t - the sixth episode of my week had a plug for Secret Santa. They know when the shows will air (or were supposed to have aired).

Fortunately, those plugs are filmed separately from the segments themselves, so they can be easily removed without seeming too jarring.

But before the promo, Pat says something like, Our "X" Sweepstakes is coming up soon.

^ That's what I'm referring to. Those are completely separate takes from whatever round is about to be played.

I saw an article on travelagentcentral.com and it said "Carnival, like many other cruise lines, is temporarily pausing service from now until April 09 due to coronavirus." I sure hope it's possible to resume on April 9 if the virus starts fading away anytime soon. And if they do resume April 9 then Week of Fun could get to air soon.

On Google's episode guide, the week of May 4-8 is now missing as well. It was originally Aulani Resorts Hawaii Vacation week. Since we don't know for certain what taped March 12, it is unknown if that week had been taped. Despite this, the similar Margaritaville Resorts Family Week is still listed. It is unlikely that the remaining weeks will have time to tape, so most or all of them will probably go soon. play.google.com/store/tv/show?id=D4CEE605AB9BBFB4SH&cdid=tvseason-C92741AD8F454BF7SE
