Assuming San Francisco taped on March 12, they'll likely also pull that week, though if the coronavirus is over by the summer, they'll likely rerun it, since so far, they've reran every single Great American Cities week at some point during the summer.

On Great American Cities weeks, they don't offer trips to the cities being saluted because all the contestants are from that area.

Well, I wouldn't say no chance. San Francisco was the first major city to go on lockdown, and if things stay that way by the time it airs, it would pretty awkward for Wheel to be promoting all the sights and sounds of a city at a time where you can't and shouldn't be doing so.
Also, since we do know for a fact that Surfin' Safari taped on March 13, the last tapings before halting production, it's plausible that the Aulani week taped March 12 instead since those two weeks would have similar sets compared to GAC: SF which would have a unique set.

Carnival Week of Fun! did have an America's Game episode taped for Wednesday 4/8, and that date is listed as a new episode, so it is unknown if that episode will still air despite the cruising references, or if they will change the episodes around. It is now confirmed that Carnival Week of Fun!'s sixth episode has been pulled as well. The April 8 episode is now the sixth episode of Great American Cities: San Francisco, originally scheduled for the final America's Game week in May. ^ This affects me as I watch on WABC, so that means Wheel won't air in my area this week. :-[

^ Thanks. Btw here's a fact for you. WABC happens to be Channel 396 on Directv. So if I want to see WABC's schedule all I have to do is go to Channel 396 on my guide. I don't get the channel so I can't watch it
