Holy guacamole, this was an incredible week! Our Gone Fishin' contestants reeled in $311,945 in cash and prizes, altogether, this week. Highlights from this week include the Bonus Round wins on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, Wednesday's game with all three contestants taking home more than $10K, Monday and Thursday's games having Million Dollar Bonus Rounds, and the Prize Wedge being won multiple times this week. This was definitely a HUGE improvement over last season's version.
Next week was supposed to be Week of Fun!, and it was also supposed to be a sweepstakes week sponsored by Carnival Cruise Lines. Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus concerns, this week had to be pulled. I'm sure this week will air sometime later; it just won't air, right now. Reruns of Season 36's Spa Getaway Week will air in its place. As such, there will be no recaps from me, next week.
