 I should also note that I got some of the puzzles really quickly. I had the first 2 TUs fast, R1 & R2 from the E, R3 from the N's, R5 from the R's, R6 from just the N's, and, of course, the Bonus off RSTLNE. |

Well, I enjoyed my 2 day run as season leader. 😂 This was a joy to watch. What a haul. I wish this happened regularly! Well over $200k for the week already and still 2 shows to go. Wow. You guys together have made this week the stuff of Wheel legend. Essentially back-to-back performances that go beyond trouncings, to the kind of caliber where great luck and greater skill meld together into an unbeatable dominance cocktail that make the show look easy and inspire countless new applicants to say, "Hey, maybe I could do that!" It just goes to show that you can't count out a season of this show too soon. Any given episode, any given week of them, is a blank slate that could end up being a real big deal. Congrats to Dave and you for making me the most excited I've been about Wheel since my own appearance! |

^ In May 2014, during Wheel 6000 week, and that was only because that week had a one-time experiment where they grouped all of the week's contestants through a random drawing, instead of the usual 2F/1M grouping when possible.

^ Yeah, I know. It's just so unfortunate that the high-paying games always seem to come on days where the audience doesn't care, or in this case, can't be there at all, and the games that actually do have reactions are often the average ones.
Not that it would make a difference in, say, the laugh tracks after Pat's jokes.

TTU3 was thrown out. It was originally PILLOW IN A PILLOWCASE. Dave solved it, then it hit them that that doesn't fit In the Kitchen, so they came up with another one.
I'm quickly growing tired of the Triple Toss-Up because of the writers using too much effort to try to make a unifying theme when it results in such dumb and unnecessarily-large puzzles, and sometimes only barely fitting the category.

I might say Dave is a really dominant player although his maingame sweep was spoiled by George in the second triple T-U puzzle. As for Chad, it's such a shame he didn't have any luck on the wheel.
Other than that, it was a really good episode to say to least. What more can I say about this episode?

Welcome, Dave! You sure gave Andy Nguyen a BIG birthday present and represented my region very well! It’s very rare to see an all-female trio and even rarer to watch an all-male panel outside of Veterans’ or Father’s Day Week. So I knew this game was gonna be interesting from the outset. But boy, I did NOT see you nearly sweeping the whole thing, Dave. Just glad George won the second Triple Toss-Up, because Chad just had some tough luck. I know this episode was switched with the sixth Carnival episode, but I thought it would have a Crossword puzzle. I got the BR with RSTLNE, and I’m shocked you knew it with those letters too. I actually thought you’d win $100K, but to break it the hard way with a huge front game total and a car?!  My rating: Another 10!Dave, like I said about Tony on Monday, YOU ROCK! |

I did have a remote viewing party, with family members, friends, and a bunch of my fellow singers in the SF Gay Men's Chorus — a few technical glitches, but it was great to be surrounded by virtual love |
