^ Season 21 and the entire calendar year of 2004 had no grand prize wins, though this was before the Million Dollar Wedge. And 2017 and 2019 of course. Harry basically did to the Bonus Round what Millionaire's producers did to the whole game halfway through the syndie run, except Harry thinks he can get away with using the same words over and over again, and he's getting even worse at it while being a mentor to his successor, which makes me really worried that Mike's going to basically keep doing the same things - make the Bonus Round impossible, put no effort into the puzzle writing, and save all the good ideas for the game show that tapes next door. |

^ Let's just hope that Mike watches a whole bunch of 90s Wheel for his inspiration - that will get the show back to its roots (Yes, even the one's when Friedman was producer.).
I'm sure he'll keep the tossups, though.

2 nights in a row the million dollar wedge was failed to claim thanks to a dud. Adding a little something to that. Deena's first spin of that round was so close to hitting lose a turn. I was hoping it would move one more space so Jerry would have another chance to claim the wedge |

I think Season 37 will not have a grand prize win at all. I'm surprised anybody still had hope that it would happen at this point, and only just now people are losing hope with (likely) only three shows left in the season. I knew it wasn't happening after 2019 ended. If $50K could go through a near-two-year drought, so can 100. |

Alright, I've got to ask since this has been nagging me for forever: @rockyboy34 are you just getting the unclaimed prizes from the end credits? Yes, yes I am. Andy Nguyen also has the unclaimed prizes listed at his site. Also, MarioGS, the show has been doing those random pairings since 2003 (SHINY BUGLE anyone?), but they have been getting way more frequent in the 2010s (especially the latter half). |

To be blunt, I think that most of you are overreacting over not having a $100K/$1Mil win, this season.
In this season's defense, it's not going to be a complete 195 episode season with the crisis ending the production of the season, abruptly.
Let's not forget that we still have twelve episodes that were filmed during Season 37 (Week of Fun!, UK Getaway, and the America's Game episodes for Week of Fun! and Surfin' Safari) that could still possibly air as part of Season 37. We don't need to count these episodes (or the season) out, yet.
Let's all remember, too, that it took Season 31 pretty much the entire season for someone to even LAND on the $100K envelope. When it was finally landed on, it was lost, but when it was landed on again just two weeks later (right before season finale week), it was won.
So please do not give up on this show just because the grand prize isn't being won. And please don't overreact; it's just a game.

Jerry definitely made some mistakes that prevented him from going to the bonus round. And as was said earlier, Jen definitely capitalized on them. "Connecting to the Internet" seemed like an outdated puzzle to me. I don't if I really think of Connecting to the Internet nowadays. It makes me think of the age of dial up. Surfing the Internet would seem more appropriate these days.

It does seem like the BR puzzlewriting can't keep up with the 3 category choices and that is why they are reusing so much sooner than before. Could be wrong on that front. acwof: I think some of the frustration is we've had quite a few slam dunk easy BRs this season, surprisingly. 100 can show up at any time but it seems to rarely coincide with these instances. That's just horrible luck that should average out over time, but doesn't seem to. Wheel has a bunch of problems nightly, it doesn't need horrible luck diluting the experience too. There's also still some PTSD I imagine from last season's three million dollar losses, two on really hard puzzles and one on a weird puzzle she just missed. The show needs more giant wins (not necessarily million of course) to stay relevant, like April 6 & 8. Not much less. |

CONNECTING TO THE INTERNET would've made more sense about 20 years ago when dialup was still a common thing.
Yay, another of Friedman's Bonus Round money-saving words...and it led to a $100,000 loss because of course it did.
(sigh) Just 14 more episodes to go (they have to air the skipped 11 sometime)...
