Some podium-matching gloves would be nice (red, yellow, blue).

Is there really a concern about touching the wheel any longer, with the reports in the recent past that surfaces aren't the concern that was thought at first?
Seems more of the issue would be keeping the people spaced out (that was the transmission issue), which (at least it seems) could be done by just extending the players around a bit more of the wheel to add needed space between them.

If any of you all think that gloves are a smart solution...I'm just gonna keep my mouth shut. Use common sense for 2.5 seconds and you will see why gloves are the absolute most ridiculous thing to use. Period.

Final auditions have resumed, according to someone on Twitter. Presumably, they are only looking for LA area contestants for now. The auditions are now one-on-one, instead of a group affair. They are done over Skype or Zoom. The CC's still have yet to return to the production office. Everybody now gets an interview, and they now play puzzles Toss-Up style. The "test" is now done similar to how it's done in the old Hasbro PC games. Four puzzles are shown at a time and you shout out the answers to them (in any order). Instead of five minutes for all 16 puzzles, you now have 90 seconds for each section of four. They are currently only auditioning contestants that can drive to the studio.

If we take a rental car to the studio, would that count?

Yes. As long as you can make the drive in.

I mean, technically anybody in the continental United States could drive to the studio...

The only limitation would be how much notice you get - if they call you in Maine on Friday and want you to tape in California on Monday that makes driving not very functional.

With California mandating masks, could we see everyone with masks on Wheel?

Sorry, I haven't done much posting on here as of last November was my last. However, I am very concerned about the public health crisis. When I heard Vanna say that Wheel would resume production, I was optimistic. But with California, Texas, Arizona and Florida rolling back their re-openings due to extremely high numbers, would that mean that Wheel of Fortune would delay production? If so, when would they start again? Would we go a whole season without seeing new episodes? That's a situation I'd not like to be in. When would the new season start, maybe 2021-2022? I doubt this will happen though. Golden-Road.net the TPIR message board said CBS could air reruns of Price Is Right for a year if production were to be delayed. Would the same happen for Wheel and Jeopardy?
Fans need to start their own Wheel episodes if delays keep accumulating until they hear from Wheel and Jeopardy that they're resuming production. When would the Wheelmobile be up and running because I'd certainly love for it to come back to my area so I can try again to be a contestant on the show.
