Not surprisingly, since the average length of a bonus puzzle is much shorter than a main game puzzle, there are bound to be numerous categories that have only seen main game use. Since not everybody has seen every episode, along with the fact that there are numerous episodes that haven't been seen since there are initial airings, make educated guesses about your posts. The Wiki lists some of the rarely listed categories used in the BR, but it doesn't specifically mention which ones were never used in the BR. Here's part of a list to get things started here:
*All bonus categories (CLUE, FILL IN THE BLANK, etc.) *All decades categories (The x0's) *MEGAWORD *SAME NAME *BEFORE AND AFTER *HEADLINE *COLLEGE LIFE *SHOW BIZ *STAR AND ROLE *SAME LETTER *CROSSWORD CLUE *MOVIE QUOTE/TV QUOTE (QUOTATION would cover it) *HUSBAND & WIFE (PROPER NAMES would cover it) *FAMILY (PROPER NAME(S) would cover it) *BEST SELLER(S) (TITLE would cover it though) *PERSON/TITLE *ROCK ON!
Also, would you have any issues with some of these categories finally turning up in the BR? I'd figure though that more generic categories though (EVENT, THING, PROPER NAME, PERSON) would cover up some of the more detailed ones like I've described above.

I've seen quite a few SHOW BIZ bonus puzzles. Otherwise, I'd agree.

^ How could I miss that one?!
Yes, Scot Savage faced that one in S23 and lost a Nissan Murano (but still left w/ $58K+).

Funny that despite never being used as a bonus category on the actual show, Before and After is somewhat regularly used as a bonus category in Wheel video games.

Before & After is never used in Toss Ups but the PS4, Xbox One, and Switch game uses Before & After in Toss Ups. I have that game for the Xbox One and I don't think I can recall having Before & After in the BR but I've had Before & After used in Toss Ups
