I was at Wheel's official website today, and something there caught my eye on the Wheel Watchers Club registration page.
In the 2 fields that have likely only listed 'State' and 'Zip Code' since the launch of the Club, I saw that they have been changed to 'State/Province' and 'Zip/Postal Code'. In the 1st field, I also saw that, in addition to the 50 U.S. states and D.C., that the 9 Canadian province names of...
-Newfoundland and Labrador -Prince Edward Island -Nova Scotia -New Brunswick -Ontario -Manitoba -Saskatchewan -Alberta -British Columbia
....and the 3 territory names of....
-Yukon -Northwest Territories -Nunavut
....have been included.
I sent a DM to Wheel's Twitter account to ask, but that seems to me that those in Canada may now be able to join the Club.
I'll pass on the response to the DM I get back from Wheel when I get it, but that's my best guess there.

Appears to be so. Unless you live in Quebec. Poor Montreal.

How do they include all three territories but not Québec? Quebec's not a territory....it's a province.

I can vouch for joining - I live in Canada and joined about 10 days ago. I will happily take their cash - the horrible exchange rates already worked for me once! In regards to Quebec being left out - they have different contest rules in their province and this are left out of many a contest. Ryan

One thing I have to ask of anyone here who's in the U.S., in relation to a detail of the Club.
In brief, how does the Withholding Tax work in relation to anyone from Canada who would be a winner?
