Nice to see some more S17 episodes popping up here, and Chuck plugging some sunrooms during the break between R2 and R3! I'm surprised that Barney Miller wasn't solved quicker than it was, given that it was common in reruns for many years afterwards. RSTLNE'd the bonus, and I don't think trip/car combos were offered too much longer after this in Bonus Land.

Yes, there are a few cable channels that are playing the show, but most young people my age prefer streaming. Barney and a ton of other classic sitcoms aren't available on streaming platforms, so it's unlikely anyone younger than 30 has ever heard of it.

I love how she thought just saying "Hot story" over and over again would somehow make it the right answer on the tenth attempt...
Also I agree with you on the classic TV puzzles. I've seen a lot of 90s episodes where "Classic TV" is used for some advertising slogan that has now faded into obscurity, or a show like Mannix that no one under 50 has heard of anymore.
