As I'm sure most of you know, the episode scheduled for 11/3 probably will not air in most markets. Normally in Boston, if Wheel is pre-empted at it's usually time, it will air overnight, but election coverage I think is supposed to run until 2 AM so I don't see how that will be possible. I don't know if in other areas it would air on a subchannel or something, but it makes me wonder if they will push the rest of the week from Wednesday to Saturday, like KABC in LA did a few weeks ago, and they have done nationally in past election years. Does anyone know of any affiliate that is airing Wheel on Tuesday?

Several will be. I was going to post the full list this weekend in the pre-emptions thread, but I guess I’ll post it here instead when I put it together. Some East Coast stations appear to be opting to air Wheel at its regular time anyway in lieu of the first hour of election coverage. WLOS in Asheville, North Carolina is airing the 11/3 eps of Wheel and Jeopardy! at 10:00 and 10:30 AM Eastern that morning. I will be streaming both live on Twitch at www.twitch.tv/wheelsneakpeek. There will not be a national pushback this year. One of the 11/3 contestants already promoted herself on social media. |

Little thing I noticed while going through the listings for each market. On Tuesday, KSBY in San Luis Obispo/Santa Barbara is airing Wheel early at 2:00 PM Pacific, replacing the first half of Tamron Hall, with Ellen moving up from 4:00 to 2:30, followed by a live NBC Nightly News at 3:30 before the Election coverage; Ellen is the only one of their afternoon talk syndies that survives for the day, with Tamron and Kelly Clarkson dropped completely. Despite this, they don't have Tuesday's Jeopardy! listed at all. I imagine they'll slide Tue-Fri to Wed-Sat, though, or perhaps air it in place of "Daytime J!" at 12:00. I bet Tuesday's Wheel has a contestant from this market, hence the unique move. I know I've seen KSBY's Twitter promote one or two locals so far this season.

A large number of top 20 affiliates are simply skipping the episode altogether, which is a shame. Made me glad they moved me to tomorrow instead of Tuesday though.  |

Actually, only about 9 of the Top 20 markets are not bothering with the episode. And since they shuffled the episodes around, I'm guessing the final Tuesday episode is the least enjoyable of the week (or yours was the most notable, hmm... 👀).

Anyone know any direct streams of Springfield? /s Hotel is booked and alarm is set! 🤪  Seriously, no. I do have a stream for the main WWLP, but not the sub they're moving Wheel to. This actually isn't the first time they've aired it this early. They did the same thing when the S37 finale was pre-empted by the NFL kickoff (and I think they only moved it after I Emailed them asking if they had any plans to air it since it was a new episode and a season finale  ). Needless to say, that set a new record for the earliest known local airing of Wheel in show history. And go figure that Springfield is one of only two remaining markets that doesn't carry WOF Weekend at all, since they air a long-running local show Saturdays at 7:00 that they claim began before Wheel rolled out a weekend run. Oddly, Springfield is not airing Tuesday's Jeopardy! until 3:00 AM Tuesday night/Wednesday morning, also on their CW+ sub, 22 1/2 hours after Wheel. FWIW, 4:30 AM is the latest non-program slot on the CW+ lineup. They probably didn't want to mess with any CW+ shows (though others have no problem with bumping a heavily-edited Family Guy rerun). I do have access to five of the other seven stations airing Wheel early, and I do plan to go live on Twitch with Wheel at 10 AM as it airs on WLOS. I will also leave it going for Jeopardy! at 10:30; I normally don't do J! when I do early Wheel streams (because some of y'all J! fans already get first-run J! in daytime ), but I will this time since its earliest airing in the US has now been "demoted" to 12 PM Eastern/11 AM Central this season. I also plan to capture it locally off WABC-DT2 and I will probably post a download link. I will be sending it to Christian Dixie for his YouTube, unless he uses the Locast trick to screen record it off KOTA, WATL or another station on there. |

Two more changes: - WFTV in Orlando, FL (ABC) will air Tuesday's Wheel late Saturday night/Sunday morning at 12:05 AM Eastern at the earliest, but it will likely slide a little later since ABC's Saturday College Football games almost-always run long. Anyone in this area who plans on recording it should also record NCIS: New Orleans scheduled afterwards. TV listings have it at 12:00 (their 11:00 newscasts run 35 minutes but the listings have it only as 30) and have the episode as the Saturday rerun, which WFTV is not airing this weekend.
- WCBD in Charleston, SC (NBC) just announced on Twitter that Tuesday's Wheel will indeed move to their CW+ subchannel. It is still listed as Family Guy.

^ In that case, probably not at all. Their website's schedule has no Tuesday episode at all, and Saturday's episode (which won't air in full because of their 6:00 news always running a full 30 minutes after College Football) is still listed as the Gone Fishin' rerun. Zap2It does have two airings of Weekend Wheel listed, though: Saturday at 6:30 PM Central, and Sunday at 3:30 AM. Maybe a small chance the latter is Tuesday's episode, but I've seen them make that mistake before. They usually air infomercials at 6:30 and Wheel at 3:30.
