The Senior Vice President of TV Music at Sony Pictures confirmed that CWOF will have different music than the syndicated series produced by Bleeding Fingers Music (same producers as the theme for The $100,000 Pyramid), but cannot reveal whether it's based on the current or classic music cues.

There’s a chance they may even go for something else entirely, but I hope they use “Changing Keys”. Always the Wheel theme to me.

wheellover65 found the show's "poster" on the ABC shows page. It reveals something interesting. As the first promo suggested, Free Play will not be used. Finally making its debut on American Wheel: $950!

Bleeding Fingers did the music for the Jeopardy! GOAT tournament as well.

I wonder how many of these changes might get implemented in the syndie version later this season or next season? Seeing $950 is a nice addition. It'd be nice for the new music to have the feel of the classic theme. I like what Mike is doing with the show. He hasn't disappointed me yet.

They're probably just not using Free Play because its rules are so complicated for non-fans.

Could they possibly be reviving Free Spin? I think it would be pretty awkward to not have any form of “turn protection” at all.

New promo!
Vanna's reactions will be more prominent, and it appears she will also be mic'd throughout the show, judging by that short clip of her at the board.
We can also deduce some of the celebs positions on their episodes: Leslie Jones: Red Chandra Wilson: Red Constance Zimmer: Red Rob Riggle: Red Sherri Shepherd: Yellow Yvette Nicole Brown: Blue Jeannie Mai: Blue

I remember when $650 returned eight years ago. Because of that, I've always had the light of hope for $750, $850, and $950 since then. Even so, is it about time or is it about time? Yes, it's about time $950 became a playable value on our version somehow! Now yeah, it may be for this special only, but I nevertheless smell a chance of $950 becoming a mainstream value by the time the show starts its 40th Syndicated Season in 2022. One way or another, it's nice to see $950 next to the first $650 that appeared in 2012.

Is $950 going to be the highest new wedge added, or will there be 4 digit wedges added as well? I feel like there should be at least 1-2 wedges between $1,000-$1,500 on the wheel each round as well, perhaps even $2,000 in round 4 and on.

From the shot at 0:06, I think one of the bonus puzzles used will be... THICK BACKPACK Then again, it’s definitely a long shot.

Million Dollar Wedge face-up on the wheel isn't real; it can't hurt you. Two MDWs: For some reason, seeing two million dollar wedges FACE-UP on the wheel is a bit uncomfortable.

From the shot at 0:06, I think one of the bonus puzzles used will be... THICK BACKPACK I don't think it's Thick Backpack. If it was it had green lights around the puzzle board. So it might be an old episode.

^ You do realize when the puzzle is revealed, the lights turn green for a moment. They've never turned green when the puzzle is solved. So, they could be changing the lighting scheme around the board when the puzzle is solved. Why would they use a clip from an old episode to promote the new show?
