From Universal Studios Florida, it's America's game! It's time to begin Family Week!
"The neighborhood" explodes behind Pat, though that's just part of the special effects.
This week's first teams:
Brad & Kelli (brother/sister): Brad is a manager at a local communications store in Orlando. Kelli is a full-time graduate student at the University of Central Florida studying speech pathology. Both are from Orlando.
Roxanne & Jennifer (sisters): Roxanne is a graduate from San Diego State going to law school in August. Jennifer is a full-time mom. Both live in San Diego but are originally from Hawaii.
Dianne & Pauline (daughter/mother): Dianne does wood work and is also a grandmother, and Pauline is a great grandmother. Both are from Rockledge.
The top-dollar value on the Wheel is $1,000. Try not to get tongue-tied on this puzzle. Try not to get literally tied up with so many contestants on the set!
Roxanne & Jennifer solve EIGHT IS ENOUGH. Do they know enough for the $3,000 Puzzler bonus?
Nope. They do not solve DICK VAN PATTEN.
Brad & Kelli solve IT'S JUST WHAT I'VE ALWAYS WANTED.
Brad & Kelli solve THE FARMER IN THE DELL COMPUTER.
Not much time left, so Pat has to give the Wheel a Final Spin. Consonants are worth... $300 a piece. Brad & Kelli begin.
Brad & Kelli: S (x2) ($600)
Roxanne & Jennifer: P (DUD!)
Dianne & Pauline: R (x2) ($600)
Brad & Kelli: N ($900)
Roxanne & Jennifer: G (DUD!)
Dianne & Pauline: B (DUD!)
Brad & Kelli: L (DUD!)
Roxanne & Jennifer: T (x2) ($600)
Dianne & Pauline: E (x2) ($600) (Pauline then tries to call a C.)
Brad & Kelli...
...immediately solve SEAFOOD RESTAURANT. It was only a $300 Final Spin, anyway.
BONUS ROUND:
RSTLNE gives them:
