Three-hour CWOF marathon to air 2/4

On Thursday, February 4, there will be no new episodes of ABC's three Thursday game shows. Instead, reruns of CWOF will take over all of primetime. Episodes 2, 3, and 4 will re-air at 8:00, 9:00, and 10:00 PM ET/PT. New episodes of CWOF, along with The Chase and The Hustler, are expected to return on February 11.

In many markets, this will mean three and a half hours of nonstop Wheel of Fortune!

This might be in order to have the season finales of CWOF and Chase air on the same day, since CWOF will only be eight episodes, while Chase is confirmed to be nine. Hustler's episode count is not confirmed, AFAIK, but they got a head start with their "preview" airing a few days before the official premiere.

Either way, this now means we don't know when the finale of CWOF will air, since ABC's scripted Thursday series are slated to return on March 4.
