This bonus puzzle stuck with me for a long time, and while I knew I'd seen the episode in first-run, I couldn't remember exactly when it was (or even if it was on the trilon board). I got fooled by the O as well, though I was only 6 at the time.

What I didn't remember was what the main game was like.

EDIT: Rewatching the MAGIC WAND moment from 5/15/12, this is basically the same situation. I think he was ready to say WORDS (with the wrong O sound at first) after the buzzer, much like Zach did say WAND after the buzzer.
