...and Vanna doesn't budge.

But, within a couple of seconds, she still solves HOT WINGS! Too bad she has to settle for $25,000 for a final all-cash total of $35,000.

Pat likes Vanna's black dress (provided by Tom and Linda Platt) a lot (even though it's pretty hot in the studio). There's plenty of beads in that dress...which unsurprisingly weighs a lot.

(Yes, I know it's a 6th show, but still.)

EDIT: First time F&D was in the BR. Nice. ~~She obviously had the category in mind during her thinking time. If this was S20, that would’ve likely been a loss (mainly because most food-related puzzles were lumped under THING(S)).~~ After reading Heather’s comment on YT, she still would’ve won if this was before 2003.

“There aren’t that many options for words with N and a space behind it at the end of the word. It’s most commonly -NE -NA or an -ING word. The S threw me off from thinking of it being an -ING word when I got to choose my three additional consonants. But there’s a used letter board (off camera, you can see me looking up at it immediately after he said I was going to get no more help). So I thought my best chance to solve it would be to figure out what comes between the N and S. So my thoughts went like this: G, it’s an ING word INGS, WINGS, and got HOT WINGS! It was super fun and I highly recommend trying out for the show if you love words and spelling. The most fun 30 minutes of my life.”

I got stuck on NDS and I've never heard anyone call them "hot wings". Usually they're just called "wings" or "buffalo wings".
