In case if you wondered, this is what I’ve changed from my previous recaps.
S39, EPISODE #7429: TEACHER'S WEEK
Airdate: 9/16/21
Go!
Erendida solves RED APPLE ON MY DESK.
Thursday's Educators:
Erendida Cantu: Bakersfield. Spanish teacher at Bakersfield High School (for 17 years) who's also a mom of 2 daughters.
Emily Keeton: Bath Springs, TN (btw. Memphis and Nashville). Decatur County Middle School teacher (it's in Parsons).
Rob Traegler: Culver City. Taught 25 years on both sides of this country, 20 years in English and filmmaking at the Chapin School (Princeton, NJ) and now just teaches writing at The Village School in the Palisades. He's also a dad of 2 sons.
Go!
Emily's wrong with STAIRS AND HALLWAYS even though that fits.
Erendida can only say STAIRS AND....
Rob prematurely solves STATES AND CAPITALS (but he buzzed in afterward).
ROAD SCHOLAR TRIP: FRANCE (Paris & Normandy, $7,650)
Emily solves MY MOM WROTE ME AN EXCUSE.
DUDS: I (Rob), L (Erendida)
MYSTERY ROUND
Erendida gets the other words of CHAPERONE, SONG and QUEEN to claim the gift tag.
DUD: I (Erendida)
BANKRUPTS: 3 (everyone)

BANKRUPTS: 3 (everyone)
TRIPLE TOSS-UP
Go!
Rob solves RUNNING SHOES.
Go!
Rob also solves BICYCLE SHORTS. Let's see if he can sweep this round...
Go!
Well, it's Emily that actually puts on a pair of FLUFFY SLIPPERS.
Drop-down scores not shown.

SPACE SPUN: I in AMERICA'S
RSTLNE gives a few:
DPHO just gives the vowels...
Well, we weren't gonna have an instant PERFECTO anyway since Erendida won't be GOING ON SAFARI (she only got the top line) with an additional $39,000.
ERENDIDA'S FINAL TOTAL: $15,100 ($14,600 in cash, plus a $500 gift card)
When Vanna was in junior high, a girl named Vanna Knight attended her school. She was always called to the principal's office via intercom and Vanna didn't know if it was her or the imposter. One of Pat's classmates was Johnny Paycheck.
genius2751 is next hoping he'll have a better episode to provide heading into the weekend.
- I now put the number of the season in the title (therefore, this would be S39, EPISODE #7429: TEACHER’S WEEK).
- Whenever someone lands on the prize, gift tag, or the Wild Card, I also put $500 to notify that the contestant also gets $500 per consonant.
- I now put $10,000 SPONSOR to label who’s sponsoring the Mystery Round (though that may not be every episode).
- TRIPLE TOSS-UP is now rainbow-colored (like the logo). Also, I don't put a pound sign to determine which puzzle is it.
- I indicate who does the final spin now since Pat no longer does it.
- The BR category choices are purple (the chosen one is still green).
- I now put $100,000 BONUS ROUND instead of just BONUS ROUND.
- SPACE SPUN tells what the contestant landed on (SPACE SPUN: ***). Also, the space landed on is in blue.
- In the end, I simply put the player’s final total and signify which part of it is in cash (MICHELLE’S FINAL TOTAL: $65,956 ($58,750 in cash, plus the trip to Mexico)).
