| EVENT |
Andy has fantasized about WINNING THE LOTTERY before. Tonight's celebrities are: Caroline Rhea is funny, funny. She's worked on shows like Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Match Game, and most recently, Sydney to the Max. She's playing for the Dempsey Center, which helps people affected by cancer. Caroline lost may of her loved ones to cancer, so she wants to pitch in. Andy Richter was a special threat, but is known for working with Conan. Pat jokes around about wanting Conan's hair. He's playing for the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. Vanilla Ice says to just call him Rob (his birth name is Robert Matthew Van Winkle), but Pat wants to call him something cooler, like "Van". Rapper, actor, and host of The Vanilla Ice Project for about ten years. He's playing for Little Smiles, a charity that helps terminally ill children. (and Pat gets called the Saj two episodes in a row now) $2,000 Toss-Up |

To conclude the first half, Caroline will pick from one of these categories: PLACE PHRASE AROUND THE HOUSECaroline picks PHRASE. MILLION DOLLAR BONUS ROUNDBonus Spin: N in SPIN RSTLN E gives Caroline...Caroline's HVF O gives her... "It reminds me like golf, like PAR FOR THE COURSE", Caroline says. The victory lights are delayed because there's precedent for not accepting guesses with additional words added to the front, but after realizing she's a celebrity (and the fact that she already kind of did that by saying "Well, Pat, your guess is as good as mine"), the show accepts that as a solve.
Not the million, but she adds $75,000 to her total. She now has $118,250 in total! The million was in the I in WIN.

Andy was a great player, especially with the Toss-Ups. Caroline did well also, and have to admit BEER in the headlights was funny. Vanilla Ice/Rob didn't do too bad, just didn't seem to get the hang of things well enough.
Did anyone else no letter the round 1 puzzle in game 1?
Great job by Caroline to pull out the first bonus round, it didn't look like she gave herself enough help to get it. Also it was interesting that the first time she incorporated the puzzle in conversation to solve it they just took the solve right away, but the second time it seemed like Pat didn't realize she was doing the same thing and she had to say the puzzle again.

I really can't stand how even in primetime, MDW/top dollar hits get little to no "audience" reaction; the most they ever get are two or three people behind the camera giving half-hearted "whoos". We know most of the cheers and applause after puzzle solves and laughter after jokes are canned. Why aren't they pressing the applause/cheer button on big Wheel spins, too? They do it on Press Your Luck. If CWOF goes on and allows audiences, I better not get nearly thrown out again for giving a vocal reaction to a spin. Andy actually beat me on half the Toss-Ups. Wonder how he'd do against Jason Alexandar. The first BR solve was like the NEW BABY BUGGY solve in that it took a while for the answer to be put up. Not sure what that was about. The look on Caroline's face did have me worried that she wouldn't know it. Wonder what made her decide to pick a V. Love that they mentioned the shopping era, and Caroline even remembered "On Account"! Did anyone else no letter the round 1 puzzle in game 1? I didn't but I did predict both TTU2's before they appeared.

Oh yes, forgot to mention the shopping era chat. Pat gave basically the same reaction to it he did when a contestant brought it up during the interview portion last season (on the daily version).

I also have just now watched this episode. I was watching Tom Brady's return to New England on Sunday Night over this so I decided to record this to watch at a later day Round 1 of Game 1 is also the title of a song by Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello I loved how Caroline literally used the puzzle solution in a sentence in Round 2 of Game 1, BR of Game 1, and Round 2 of Game 2 I don't think I have ever heard the phrase PAR FOR THE COURSE before but I got that puzzle right apparently. I also thought of golf when I came up with the word COURSE like Caroline did and that helped me come up with the word PAR Andy should have called R on $2500 in Round 1 of Game 2 I know some people with the last name Banister but I didn't know a Banister was a thing. Happens to be a stair rail I've seen ARYGLE SOCKS before but didn't know they were called that I did predict both TTU2's before they appeared. Me too

Disappointed that they didn’t mention Phineas & Ferb on Caroline’s interview. Caroline was literally on character and had me rolling on this pair of episodes!
BRs: I’m pretty sure Caroline got the second one off the RSTLNE (had both puzzles off the magic 6).
8/10

This episode was even more enjoyable than the first. Caroline was a hoot. It was interesting that she included her answers in her banter with Pat. I cracked up at her dislike of the word “ma’am” and guess of A BEER IN THE HEADLIGHTS. 😂 Andy was a good puzzle solver, and it really showed in the second game. Rob just couldn’t catch a break in the second game, but he was fun to watch as well. Speaking of the first game, it was a tight match between the trio. And it’s great to see another $6K Final Spin! I got TTU2 in the first game with just the S and both BRs with RSTLNE (but I thought TTU3 in the second game would be TAKING THE STAIRS). I was so sure we’d have a $1M win in the first game. Caroline’s screaming reminded me of the commercial with the major spoiler. My rating (for both episodes): 9
