I'm definitely not WORKING MY WAY BACK to give Angel the answer since she could only say DRIVING IN A CAR RACE and BACK PACK. The usual $39,000 gets left behind this time.

Pat still can't pronounce "Antigua". He actually brought out the solution card for the PP Round to show that they have to put the phonetical spelling of the island.

Another fun contestant in Pete. Nice Triple Toss-Up sweep as well! They could've had all three puzzles on one line, though.

I said A BURST OF ENERGY for the first Toss-Up, which fit with the letters revealed at that point.

That was definitely a WKYI-friendly bonus puzzle. I got it with her choices, but that was a toughie.

Very odd seeing the Crossword puzzle arranged that way with two of the words at the very end and one in the middle vertically.

It was fun seeing the old intro with shopping turntable clips in the Memories segment.

A tough bonus, just didn't get enough help. At least it was a reasonable puzzle that is a real thing, unlike say WAVY LAGOON.

Recap posted. Even though Angel needed the PP to win the game, she was a pretty good player IMO.

If Pete put a bit less power in the Final Spin, he could've possibly stolen the game (oh, and nice Triple Toss-Up sweep by him).

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who no-lettered R1.

BR: I also had it from picks, but that surely was a tricky one. Mike definitely was aiming for 0-5 (or 6) this taping day.

Angel was a fast puzzle solver, wasn’t she? And Pete finished strong, impressing me in the Triple Toss-Ups! I thought the last one would be PIERCE BROSNAN or IDRIS ELBA. But it’s a bummer that Kat had some bad luck.

Though I no-lettered R1, PAGE in R2 was hard to get … and so was the BR, but I somehow got it with Angel’s combo (and the first word with RSTLNE). Did she really shrug in disbelief after seeing the answer?!

The first clip with Vanna had to be either early Season 1 or daytime. If you look at the very first frame of the clip, there are $100 spaces on the Round 1 Wheel with a top value of $750.
