In the final segment, Pat says he likes yams, and Vanna does too. Pat just doesn't like the word "yams". It's a terrible word. "Why would you want to eat anything called a yam? It's like eating a legume. Who does that?" Vanna also likes legumes. Pat points out he doesn't like the word "fiduciary" either, but that has nothing to do with this.

To me, it feels a little odd to see the words SEQUELS and PREQUELS in that order, but I can accept that they did that.

Like Mark, I had absolutely nothing for that bonus puzzle. If he called CDMA, he definitely would've gotten it. Another one of those times I think they wanted a win.

Very curious call by Georgia calling the V when she hit $2,500 the second time rather than the obvious D, but it did work out and she solved it.

Tough bonus puzzle, I figured out Organic but couldn't think YAMS. C, M, and A would've really come in handy tonight.

Jokes aside, this was a decent start to the week...aside from not benefitting from the $5K wedge again (this time, it was a dud). Only real issue that I had was the W's not being called in R2.

I got the BR with RSTLNE...only because I had that guess on an episode from last season.

This was one of those games where you don’t need to spin to win, as Mark showed us.

I solved R2 and R4 with just the first letters, but I couldn’t figure out the BR. I came close with JAMS, but that was used last season. Maybe CDMA would’ve done the trick for Mark.
