CWOF Renewed for Season 3

Also, some insight into the production process, although CWOF generally does not air in the order taped so as to have the "good" episodes air first, the episodes are taped with a "default" air date in mind. The first taped episode of Season 3, with the celebs numbered 1-3 in my previous post, is currently intended to be the premiere, and Pat reportedly makes comments of such during the episode, but Jim stressed to the audience that this might not be the case.

Although CWOF episodes are numbered #XYY (X=season, Y=episode in season) when they are scheduled to air based on their intended airing order, they are not necessarily numbered this way when they first tape. CWOF uses slates like the syndicated show with production code numbering system: #PT-XYY. The first taped episode of Season 3 was #PT-301 during taping, air date 9/25/22 for now, but it will be renumbered if ABC decides not to make it the premiere. Likewise, the second and third tapings were #PT-302 and 303 with tentative air dates of 10/2 and 10/9.
