From the Sony Pictures Studios, it's America's Game!
WHEEL OF FORTUNE
EUROPEAN VACATION WEEK
EPISODE #3039
Here are today's contestants!
Michael Smith is from Albuquerque, NM. He's married to Beth. They met in concrete class when they were building concrete canoes for four years. He's a civil engineer.
Cynthia Booey is from Torrance, CA. She owns her own catering company. She listens to jazz, cooks, entertains friends, walks along the beach, and that stuff.
Sam Belazius is from Charlotte, NC. He's single, owns a restaurant, and enjoys going to the mountains or playing acoustic guitar. His restaurant is more of a breakfast/lunch thing.
Cynthia solves ROMANCE NOVELIST for $1,500.
Round 2 adds the $10,000 wedge and a $2,500 Façonnable gift certificate. If someone lands on the FASHION wedge, they might win a whole lot of it.
Sam has seen both a BULL MARKET & BEAR MARKET this game for $2,850. Can he improve his portfolio to $5,850 though with this Puzzler?
Sam figures out those are INVESTORS!
Look, I've been kind of unenthusiastic about the Jackpot lately. I don't think I've recapped a win about it this season, so when I have to type something to describe the second prize, I jokingly talk about that more. Anyways, ARIZONA! One week! Sunburst Resort! "Tranquil Surroundings"! $4,400!
CALGON TAKE ME AWAY, because Cynthia has won $11,000 this round!
DING-DING! DING-DING!
It's that time again! Vowels are worth nothing, but consonants... $350 ┬.
Cynthia: W
$2,250 would be great to display on a FACTORY SHOWROOM, Cynthia.
Cynthia can win any of these prizes:
A castle tour of Germany and an Infiniti G20 worth over $30,000!
A trip of London and an Infiniti I30 worth over $36,000!
A trip along the French and Italian Riviera worth over $23,000!
A trip to Spain, including visits to Madrid and Palma de Mallorca, worth over $19,000!
...and $25,000 cash!
A bonus round puzzle hasn't been won this week. Maybe Cynthia can break this losing streak?

RSTLN E gives one more letter than yesterday...
CWD O has some fascinating letters, but the boring D is the only thing that helps.
Cynthia says DISHLOW, DISH, DASH, and DASHLY. Unfortunately, she won't be able to DISPLAY mementos from the SPAIN FOR FOUR trip. $14,750 cash is nothing to complain about, though.
Pat Chat: Tomato sauce, part 4. They go over the process again, and Pat still won't open it. Vanna calls him out, and says that if he brought pasta, he can open it.
