Danielle Pinnock used to watch the show with her grandmother, Una, and bother her and her mother, Joan, along with about four others are cheering her on. She recently wrote a book of essays that is tentatively called "I Think I Might Be Famous". She's playing for the Boston Children's Hospital. They previously saved her life as a kid when she had dermatomyositis, the sister disease to MS, and she wants support them back.
Gabriel Iglesias, Fluffy, or really anything that isn't "George", has only seen the show a couple of times, but judging from his outfit, you'd think he's seen it more. "Fluffy" came about when he said to his mother that he was fat, but she thought he's "not fat. [He's] fluffy". He's currently on a tour - "Don't Worry. Be Fluffy." He's playing for the California Community Foundation, which supports anything from the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, children's cancer, and animals. She used to be called "Vanna Black" by the way she dressed.
Noah Mills ended up spending a lot of time in Hawaii as part of his job. He was labeled one of the top 10 male models of all time, according to Vogue Online. He's playing for The Innocence Project, a nonprofit that helps prevent and overturn wrongful convictions.

Despite the odd-valued Wheel, I really love Gabriel's shirt and would love to know who designed it.

That was cute to see someone's family on stage for the Bonus Round like on syndie. I'd love to see more of that.

Reminder that this is the last new primetime episode until at least November 15. November 1 is a rerun from Season 3 and November 8 is the CMAs, so no primetime Wheel at all that night (and no syndie Wheel either, for some of us...).

I didn't realize the show was interrupted. My comments were regarding the Canada airing from last night. The clip of Geronimo was posted on the socials, though.

Since they didn't air on the East Coast, in case anyone is wondering before the recap goes up, The first two Toss-Ups of Game 2 were:

Game 2 R1 started with Noah calling three T's on pink $500 and a wrong S on green $500 between $550/$600, then Danielle spun that same wedge for the H's that were seen being revealed when Wheel cut back.

Danielle was this episode’s star.

After she didn’t have many chances to play in the first game, she didn’t need to spin much to win the second one. Maybe the I’s would’ve given her a shot at her Bonus Round puzzle, but it was so nice to see her family in the studio.

Gabriel dominated the first game, and I also enjoyed the flashback to Geronimo’s shout-out (and Gabriel’s shirt). But BGHO would’ve been the way to go in his Bonus Round.

I felt real bad for Noah flubbing the Prize Puzzle; he didn’t seem too happy about that (and the Final Spin).

I’ve never heard the term YAMMERING, but I’m probably not the only one who no-lettered the lyrics. The Final Spin took quite a while.

My rating: 6 (for both games)
