Very pleased with how well we're doing in the Bonus Round this season. Even before this episode, only halfway through Season 4, we already matched longer Season 3 (and the shorter Season 1) in terms of overall wins. I think it's a combination of easier puzzles and more competent players this season, whereas Season 3 was the perfect storm of good players (several of whom won both games) getting hard puzzles and "never watched the show" players getting the easy ones.

It does feel like we have more $25K's this season than past seasons, but if that means more wins overall, I'm okay with it.

I also never noticed until now that the contestant window has two possible sizes depending on what spaces of the puzzle board are being used. The larger size, used with Tim, overlaps with the three rightmost spaces of the third row, so if any of those spaces are used, like with Debbie, the smaller size is used.

While there were some bumps in the front games (especially the second one), it was nice to see two Bonus Round wins.

Tim and Debbie picked the right letter combos, and their comebacks and compliments were exciting to watch. Of course, Debbie’s singing and her solving a couple of Song Lyrics puzzles was another highlight. I’m surprised Luis got a lot of time to solve the final Triple Toss-Up.

I fell for the ROLLING trap in the first game like Debbie, but I no-lettered the first Toss-Up in that match.

My ratings: 7 and 6
