It would've been nice if I can get the video recorded but the internet connectivity turned me off.
Here is the screenshot of the scene where there was a jump cut after Pat revealed the envelope and Preston jumping and almost going to hug his partner. The final score graphic that was edited in looked like the post-editing was made from Windows Movie Maker

There was a slight change in the airing of CWOF S2 E13 on February 12. It aired from 11.50 pm to 12.40 am, instead of 11.40 pm to 12.40 am.
Unlike CWOF S2 E3 which aired on January 1, S2 E13 was not made available on-demand the next day, meaning that this episode had previously aired and was made available on-demand which I overlooked (September 19, 2023 at 2.30 am).
Unrelated to the airings in Singapore, I noticed on YouTube that there was a promo for CWOF S3 in Malaysia which aired last September, so Singapore was behind in airing the latest season of CWOF (Another source that I've found was CWOF S2 was also available on a cable TV channel called HITS NOW and it premiered around February 2023, earlier than Channel 5 which aired in July 2023). I don't live in Malaysia though, so I'm unable to tell the airing order of CWOF S3.
Upcoming schedule of WOF 40 on Channel 5:
February 13: No new episode of WOF 40 as Channel 5 is airing a movie "Made In Italy" instead

I will need to monitor the status of Weekend WOF as this is the second consecutive weekend that it has been pre-empted. While Channel 5 not airing Weekend WOF during a public holiday seems understandable, it seems weird that there is no episode airing on a normal weekend

Here's the promo of CWOF S3 that premiered in Malaysia. Let me know if the video is not working because this is my first time putting up a video (I made a backup in case this video is taken down).
Further research shows that SHOWCASE is actually a movie channel available for ASTRO pay-tv subscribers. Subscribers can buy the movies package along with other channels (not the individual channels) at RM66.49 (US$13.95, hope I'm not doing the wrong conversion). SHOWCASE began airing CWOF S3 from September 8, 2023, every Fridays at 9 pm.
There is also a channel trailer with the screenshot of CWOF S3 below for relevance, but you can view the trailer here.
 As for HITS NOW which aired CWOF S2, here's the promo below. HITS NOW began airing CWOF S2 from June 6, 2023, every Tuesdays at 7 pm (Channel 5 in Singapore began airing from July 3, 2023, showing the difference between pay-tv channel and free-to-air channel). Unlike SHOWCASE, HITS NOW is available in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore (2 out of the 3 telecommunication companies have that channel, I subscribed to the one that didn't have it) and Sri Lanka.

Interesting. I had no idea any American WOF aired in countries other than Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
Do you know if those countries aired episode #PT-311 AKA S3 E14 with Vanna White, Mayim Bialik, and Ken Jennings? Apparently, they skipped that episode in Australia, and it is the only episode of Seasons 1-3 that isn't available for streaming on Binge.

Unfortunately, I don't know whether those countries outside of the US has aired PT-#311 (S3 E14), especially Malaysia. Even the TV guide archives couldn't help because the show was aired many months ago. I'll keep a look out if either HITS NOW or Channel 5 is bringing in CWOF S3 as those two channels will provide the episode numbers.
Anyway, it's good to see the CWOF airing not only in Singapore, but also in other countries

- It's confirmed that the Weekend WOF has been pre-empted since its last airing on February 5 (S-#7695RR was the last episode shown during Weekend WOF).
- S-#7718 which aired on February 15 was only repeated at the 4.30 am time slot the next day as the 3 pm time slot was reserved for the local drama before the Singapore Budget 2024. Normally, WOF US will be aired three times in 24 hours. This is the second time that a WOF 40 episode airing less than three times in 24 hours (S-#7671 aired at 4.30 am and 3 pm).

HITS NOW will be airing CWOF S2 again from March 4, every Mondays at 10 pm as shown on the image below. Although I do not have this channel as mentioned previously, frequent monitoring of this channel finally paid off.
From the website, I could see the schedule up to March 31 so here are the episodes that HITS NOW will be airing until the end of March.
March 4: Jason Alexander/Michael Mizanin/Cheryl Burke
March 11: Andy Richter/Vanilla Ice/Caroline Rhea

Here's the latest information on the schedule of WOF40 that I got from the Channel 5 TV guide.
March 13: S-#7733
March 14: S-#7735
S-#7734 is officially skipped. This marks the first time since its first airing of WOF US in Singapore in 1991 that not all 195 episodes were aired (I know Seasons 13 and 37 had 194 and 167 episodes, respectively, but I will still count those as complete seasons).
While it's still early to tell whether Channel 5 will air Season 41, I can foresee two episodes (S-#7827 and S#7828) will be skipped from the cycle due to the same treatment to S-#7734. Well, Singapore viewers watching WOF US will have to accept the fact that S-#7734 is skipped and continue to support the show
