Just curious, did the $10,000 Wedge gain its reverse design at the same time as it got its normal-size font on the front?

Actually, Bryce L., it got it's first reverse design when this version of the $10000 wedge came in season 13. I wonder if somebody can make this version of the $10000 wedge.

Yeah, I could see how wide it was. I also remember seeing the one used from 2006-2008. The gold section may not have looked as wide as the one you recreated MarioGS, but edges looked a lot more parallel.

Bankrupt wedge with bigger font from 1986-2006. I hope I got the years correct.

What if the US version adapted Spain's x2 and 1/2 wedges, as seen as Josh's layouts? Land on it and call a right letter (even in the case of 1/2), and your round cash gets doubled or divided.

Divide would make more penalties and make the show a little more interesting although double might be a bit much.

That's why it could probably only be on the Wheel for Round 1.

Those are Spain's current rules. Even so, if you landed on that 1/2 wedge, you'd have a difficult decision to make: lose half of your round total or lose your turn. My mother and I would go with losing half the money because if you lose your turn and it doesn't get back to you, you lose it all.
Despite this, these rules were different back then, especially when Spain had their old currency, the peseta. Check out this clip from about 1993, and you'll see what I mean.
FYI, the world MIL at the bottom of each wedge means thousand, not million. Those who know some Spanish like I do would probably know that by now.

Yes. Back then, it was more of a "Half-Bankrupt" and hitting it was much less awkward.
Another thing about the current 1/2 wedge is that if an odd score is divided, it gets rounded down (125 becomes 62). I recall one episode where a contestant got her score divided, then hit the x2 on her next spin and doubled it back, but since she had an odd score that got rounded down, her score was one Euro less than it started with.

Wow, I love it! Great job on those, Mario.
It makes sense that halving an odd amount would get rounded down--if it were rounded up, 125-->63. Double it back and you actually end up with one more than what you started with!

Wow Mario! Those look absolutely amazing! I wonder what the others would look like in their so-called "updated" form?

Just updated the wedges three posts above this because I felt they didn't have enough "grain" before. Anyone who took the old ones and downloaded them, printed them, etc., please replace.

Is there some way I could get the Classic Wheel Wedges from the 1986-96 era, including the prize wedges? They were up at one point, but the link may have expired.

How are these? 1996 wedges 1998 wedges Please be patient, and I'll do the 1999 wedges with the outlines, as well as the rest. If I have the time and patience to do so.
