So we have this today, Home Sweet Home tomorrow, and Secret Santa in two weeks and a day.
What MIGHT work for the paired week with Secret Santa is another Christmas themed week, possibly a Family Week, but who knows.

Doubt it. And here's why:
There's already a theme week after Secret Santa, and the one before is Thanksgiving Week, which I think would heavily confuse viewers even more than having 12 shows in the middle of November. Not to mention it would be incredibly dumb to split up the theme.

Good point. I didn't think of that because at first I thought that Thanksgiving would be on 11/29 this year. Maybe Thanksgiving is why they did the whole 3-day "Wheel Loves New York" thing last year that fell on the Wed-Fri of Thanksgiving week.  |

And Tom Bergeron stopped by the set today. It's not specified whether he made an on-camera appearance though. Notice how last season's logo is behind them...Yet another opportunity for an actually good image to use on the video wall during the actual show wasted.  Also, I wonder why that little "bar" above the yellow scoreboard is white while the other two are blue. It doesn't appear to be another screen or light... |

I couldn't help but think for the longest time that the Jackpot wedge may be part of the "bare" Wheel template. Now with that photo, I'm really wondering if it really is.

Of course it's not. It couldn't be because it's raised. Same with Free Play. Unless you mean the plug for it, though, in which case, yes that is part of the bare layout.
