Prize on Wheel: Bentwood Inn (Jackson Hole, WY), $7,250
Jackpot Round: Proper Name[/u]
N E _ S / A N C H _ R
_ _ A N E / S A _ _ E R
Ellen hits the Kia over the blue $500 first, and gets it with the N's. After buying E, she hits Lose A Turn. Dave lands on $300, but his T isn't in the puzzle. Off now to Marissa, who gets the S's at $500 each. Her next spin nabs the Wild Card with an H. Finally, she solves NEWS ANCHOR DIANE SAWYER for $2,400.
Sole Dud: T (Dave)
Lose A Turn: Ellen
Left behind in Jackpot: $7,350
R:
Y: $3,400 + WC
B: $2,000

Mystery Round: Before & After[/u]
Y O U ' R E / A
S I L L Y
G O O S E / D O W N
C O M _ O R T E R
Dave spins first, but Bankrupts right out of the gate — a sign of things to come in this messy round.
Marissa then puts three R's up, but Loses A Turn next. Ellen's got the N, then the T, which gives her the BedAndBreakfast.com gift tag. Two vowels later, she hits the Mystery Wedge next to Lose A Turn, calls S and declines to risk it (the $10,000 is on the reverse). Some vowels later, she Bankrupts away $1,750 and the Gift Tag. Dave lights up a pair of L's, then loses his $900 right away to Bankrupt number three. Once again it's Marissa, who gets some stuff but after buying the I… yep, another Bankrupt which knocks out $3,050 and the Wild Card!
Ellen again takes the Wheel, hitting the other Kia tag and getting a G. She buys U, then hits the fifth Bankrupt of the round (on the edge of the MDW)! Dave ends up solving YOU'RE A SILLY GOOSE DOWN COMFORTER for $2,150.
Bankrupt: Dave (first spin), Ellen ($1,750 + Gift Tag), Dave ($900), Marissa ($3,050 + WC), Ellen ($250 + 1/2 Kia)
Lose A Turn: Marissa
R: $2,150
Y: $3,400
B: $2,000

T H E / S T U _ _
T H A T / _ R E A M S
A R E / M A _ E / _ _
Marissa's first in Round 3, putting $1,200 in T's and doing a lot of work until a dud N stops her. Ellen takes the Wheel and solves THE STUFF THAT DREAMS ARE MADE OF for $350 and a trip to Barbados (Almond Beach Village) worth $7,000!
Sole Dud: N
SPIN ID: NM3514003 (Norma M.)
R: $2,150
Y: $3,400
B: $9,350

$3,000 Toss-Up: Place[/u]

Round 4: Phrase[/u]
It's a Speed-Up from the start, with an $1,800 Final Spin.
T _ _ / _ _ _ _ _ / _ _
T _ _ / _ T _ _ Y
Marissa interestingly starts with the Y, followed by Ellen calling the T's and quickly getting THE MORAL OF THE STORY for $5,000 and the win!
PERFECT ROUND![/color]
End totals:
R: $2,150
Y: $6,400
B: $14,750 + Barbados
Bankrupt Trash: $5,950

$100,000 Bonus Round[/u]
Pat said after Round 4 that he can sense Ellen winning the $100,000. Is he right?
She lands on the R in AMERICA, and she's working on a Thing:
L _ _ _ E _
_ _ _ T / _ _ R _
DMFA (which, by the way, is a great webcomic) gives her this much:
L _ A D E D
_ _ F T / _ A R D
LOADED LEFT HARD is her only guess, so she won't be getting a LOADED GIFT CARD worth $40,000. She leaves with $14,750.
