Everything but the specified round part in the second point sounds right.

I'll try using the new letters during practice so I can get used to them lol Thanks for all your help! I am starting to have dreams that I lose all my money because of some dumb mistake (like saying 'A' in front of the puzzle) or because the puzzle is in another language that I don't know, so I can tell I am letting my nerves get to me. Also, my theme week is Pet Lovers! There is a 1/6 chance it is not, though lol They need pictures of my cat, of which I have plenty, but they need me to be in the picture as well, of which I have none. So I am spending this week trying to get my cat to sit still for a photo with me lol

So long as you don't throw your hopes into a wishing bowl you'll be fine. (Sorry, Sanam, had to. )

Also, my theme week is Pet Lovers! There is a 1/6 chance it is not, though lol Do you know when it'll air? I am starting to have dreams that I lose all my money because of some dumb mistake (like saying 'A' in front of the puzzle) or because the puzzle is in another language that I don't know, so I can tell I am letting my nerves get to me. Don't worry about the "foreign language" thing -- the show hasn't used Foreign Word(s) and Foreign Phrase since late 1992. As for putting "A" or "An" in front of the puzzle, they've been very inconsistent about that -- a couple of days ago, I watched a 1985 nighttime episode where the puzzle was LEMON MERINGUE PIE and the player (John) put an A in front of it. He was ruled correct after a brief pause, after which Pat said "You can add an "A" or "An" at the beginning of solving." But, like I said, it's been inconsistent. The only other instance I can remember is LIVELY CALYPSO BAND. The big problem is that without the A in front, sometimes the Thing or whatever feels disjointed. (Oh yeah, don't add -ES to the end of a puzzle, even if it makes more sense that way. See GLEAMING WHITE SAND BEACH.) One other thing: don't be surprised if a puzzle is disjointed, outdated (minus the "decades" categories), or doesn't make sense (especially the Trip Puzzle) -- Wheel loves doing that. They need pictures of my cat, of which I have plenty, but they need me to be in the picture as well, of which I have none. So I am spending this week trying to get my cat to sit still for a photo with me lol Hopefully it's not like "You're going to be on Pet Lovers, so get us some pictures of you with your pet. If you don't, no participation for you."
