Hey Mario GS. It's been quite some time now. I remember you and many others from the old Sony board that was closed a few years ago. I used to post the upcoming Wheelmobile events on the old board - but suddenly it was all gone. Never did understand why. I'm glad to see that you're doing these posts to help others have a shot of being on WOF.
There is an event coming up on May 9 and 10 in Denver, CO at the National Western Complex at 4655 Humboldt Street from 2PM to 6PM each day.
Thought you'd like to know. Thanks for all that you do.

Hi, bjphlt.  Yes, I remember your Wheelmobile thread from the old Sony boards. It was taken down in 2011 due to the first of several hacking incidents targeted at Sony. They came back in 2012, but all accounts and threads were erased, then it was eventually taken down in 2013 probably because of a lack of activity after the hacking erased everything. Thanks for the kind words. If you ever find out about an event before I do, don't hesitate to post it. On that note, the OP of this thread has finally been updated, complete with a new map. |

Added a new section to the OP called "When was the last time the Wheelmobile was in...?", listing the dates of the last known events held in each mainland US state through my own research. Of course, I couldn't get any info on several states. It wouldn't surprise me if there are a few states Wheel has yet to travel to. Also, during this research, I came across one of many local Wheelmobile articles which features these words from Marty Lublin... *glares at Bobby* :shifty:  |

Probably Mr. Irrelevant, but you could always just do it here, and if you find someone you might be able to meet up with, you can discuss the details through private messages. We've had multiple member meetups at Wheelmobile events before. I met Bobby (tenpoundhammer) and Jessica (fellow admin Prizes) at separate events and Bobby met Scott (whammy007) at one as well.

I attended a Wheelmobile event at that same Hunt Valley venue on October 6, 2012 at the closed Best Buy. I didn't get called unfortunately up on stage and never got a return email. Let's hope this will be the right time and that I'll get picked!  |

therealcu2010 - a venue like Burlington would seem ideal. The turnout should be less than one held in a major metropolitan area. The smaller the crowd, the better your chances are of getting up on stage. Go for it and good luck.
