All three were fine players, but that bonus puzzle was one of the hardest this season.

You got that right, thiswheel -- I think my brain was on a BRIEF LAYOVER (more like limbo) trying to solve that one in time.

Come to think of it, I don't recall any of my layovers being particularly brief. Aside from the one time a late plane resulted in a 20-minute layover, which was impossible to use to make my next plane and it ended up being an overnight layover... Believe it or not, this isn't the first time that happened. A contestant did the same back in S27, but she actually managed to lift it off and "break" it, meaning they had to stop tape, and it was all edited out of the show (unfortunately). Well, that explains Pat's "nearly gave our electricians a heart attack" statement (or something along those lines). |
