Well, WheelGenius made a "sub-category" for the historic layouts when he started the International section. Figured it wouldn't hurt to make a section for art based off of layouts used in games outside the real thing, whether they'd be from board games, video games, casino/slots games, even adaptions such as the "Live!" adaption hosted by Bob Eubanks and the December 2003 adaption hosted by Chuck Woolery. BTW, does anyone know what Woolery's 2003 adaption looked like? Puzzle board? Wheel layout? How score was kept? I did make a wild guess at what the Wheel looked like. Might as well be the first example. germanname.deviantart.com/art/Wheel-O-Fortune-286051690

I saw that Wheelgenius posted very impressive recreations of Pressman's deluxe Wheels, plus a concept on a deluxe Wheel with a more recent layout. I decided to go a few steps further and make the ideal Pressman deluxe Wheel of today. The base layout (again, pink $550 is just an assumption for now): And all add-on wedges, including some reverses:

Holy crap! Nice work on the season 31 concept, Mario! It would be nice to see if anyone can make an ideal Pressman Wheel of season 30.

Mario, I'm impressed! In fact, I'm honored as well. LOL. And excellent work on the add-on wedges as well. That'd be a great concept for Pressman.

Hey, nice job, MarioGS. Well, since you submitted that, I figured I'd tell you I'm making designs for Pressman's Wheel of Fortune, considering they'll notice my designs and make plans to incorporate them into a home version. I know they're not coming out with a lot of Wheel of Fortune board games recently, but what if they decide to make one last Wheel of Fortune game before surrendering to home consoles?
My designs are inspired by the following but not limited to Tyco/Mattel's versions, the 2008 Disney Deluxe Edition, the 1980s Deluxe Edition, France's 2008 home adaption (which I'm proud to own) and even "Electric Jeopardy!" from 1987!

I should mention that Pressman's Twitter retweeted my suggestion of a new version with Mystery Wedges and the MDW.

About the classic WOF Deluxe edition Wheel replicas, as well as the old spinner boards I did, I finally found a free version of the font Pressman used. Volta Medium. Please put to good use. www.ufonts.com/fonts/voltatmed.html

And if Pressman wants to include the Jackpot, the $1,000 wedge, and a 2nd $1,000 bonus I have this.......
Credit goes to MarioGS for most of the wedges and the only two that I will give credit to someone else are the Jackpot wedge and the $1,000 wedge! Credit goes to wheelgenius for the Jackpot wedge and the $1,000!
Removed redundant and unnecessary reposting of MarioGS's Pressman 2013 base Wheel
Also, please try to let up on the Caps Lock...

I was wondering what the $1,000 and $5,000 bonuses could possibly be for...and then I remembered, "duh, prize on the wheel and gift tag." I is smart.
That being said, Mario, I'd buy that game in a heartbeat. All it needs is a bonus wheel (because the Million Dollar Wedge is there) and it'd be perfect.

I'm designing plans for how the Bonus Wheel will be made. I'm designing it to be placed right on top of the Deluxe Spinner, only it's not a Deluxe. Guys, I know Deluxe has been used to describe many editions of Wheel of Fortune, and only one to describe Platinum (two if you count the unreleased PC game from 2010).
Yet, apart from a collectible watch of which only 20,000 were made (I have one of time), no game has been labeled a Limited Edition. If Pressman's going to go out with a bang with their Wheel of Fortune board games, I've got just the idea for them - a 30th (or 35th) Anniversary Limited Edition Board Game. This will be the first Wheel of Fortune board game to fully emulate the TV version. It will have Toss-Ups, a $100,000 bonus round Wheel, and even a $1,000,000 bonus round Wheel!
It will take a while for me to draw the designs out. Just be patient. I know some of you may be very excited just from reading this.

If by having Toss-ups you mean a buzzer system of some kind, that would be pretty neat. I was gonna say, whoever's the host can just manually reveal the letters themselves.
It's nice to hear that you're including the bonus wheels in your design. Of all the games out there these days, it's actually kind of strange that they never bothered with a bonus round of any kind in any of them. Although I guess that could easily be a DIY project.

Depending on the era, my bonus round was always "spin the wheel, multiply the value landed on by x".

Pretty much like Tiger did on their 1995 and 1999 games. I can see that. Spinning a penalty wedge was like a spin again space, right?
As for the Toss-Ups, the MC will indeed manually reveal them. The buzzers are inspired by the buzzers used in "Electric Jeopardy!" Same story for the scoreboards, only there will be a tens digit this time, abeit probably with just zeroes and fives. The ones digit may be part of the scoreboard. I was never too happy with the play money. What if you ran out of play money? Why aren't there $5000 bills included? I just never liked that for those reasons. I don't think we'll have enough room to include dials for game totals, but I have a solution for that - a dry-erase sheet with spaces for player names and game totals.
Now for all what will be included in the game, including what I just said I would expect the price tag to be around the $100 mark. I'd expect Pressman to spend $70 to $90 to make each copy, assuming they still have their license with Wheel and Sony five years from now.

...but these days, no one wants to pay $100 for a tabletop game, do they? I find it hard enough to drop $50 on a video game.

Instead of a manual scoreboard, how about creating a custom made calculator for the game, like the board game Trade Deadline?Let me explain: - The dots at the top are LEDs. Whoever's turn it is will have their light on. - The buttons are rubber. - Incase someone wants to play with 4 players, there is a green "scoreboard" included. - The switch to turn on/off the unit is on the back. It is powered by a cell battery. - The dot matrix screen is TWO TIER. The player's score will be displayed at the top, while everything else will be at the bottom. ADD SCORE: To add, press the + sign. The bottom of the screen will show "+$ ". You punch in how much you want to add and hit enter. The score will update. SUBTRACT SCORE: To take away, press the - sign. The bottom of the screen will show "-$ ". You punch in how much you want to subtract and hit enter. The score will update. BANKRUPT: pressing this button will have the bottom of the screen show "BANKRPT?" (There is only space for 8 characters, so Bankrupt has no U). Press enter and the contestant's score will be wiped out. SOLVE: pressing this button will have the bottom of the screen show "SOLVE?". Press enter and the game will show the contestant's grand total at the top while the bottom reads "NEXTRND?" Press enter to start the new round. This will show $0 at the top of the screen and it will be ready to use again. TOTAL: press the color of the player you would like to see, and HOLD the TOTAL button. The board will read "TOTAL" at the top and the grand total at the bottom. Let go of the TOTAL button to bring it back to the current scores screen. NEW GAME: press this button and the bottom of the screen will read "NEWGAME?". Pressing enter erases everything.

Since I've stopped posting on deviantART, here's what I've done. Suppose Pressman continued on with their Deluxe Edition WOF board game in the 90's. Now, the interchangeable wedges. Anything else need to be added?
