As Mario said the 250 increments fit really well for this game. Although they could just do 5, 10, 15, 20 since their only playing for points haha.
I would like to see regular Jeopardy go 250-1250 then 500-2500. It wouldn't be a budget buster either. $4500 more available in Jeopardy and $9000 more available in Double Jeopardy!

Saw the first episode. Pretty good show. The only complaints I have are with the digitally added in ads for Buffalo Wild Wings and the Sports Jeopardy! app.

Obviously it's the first show so there's a lot of growth to be had. Like with the interview portion, Dan Patrick took forever with that first guy. The intro was a little weird too just going from Dan's brief ditto about the game, then to the contestant interviews, then to the game. That was a little awkward. maybe it'll be different next week.

Given it was the first episode of the first spinoff since Rock & Roll Jeopardy! ended 13 years ago, I thought it went pretty well, although the interviews dragged on far too long. Sure, I didn't know nearly everything (I'm not a sports guy), but hey. I'll probably catch an episode in early December or so, let it get its footing and settle in. Fun to see a few clue values brought back: 500 disappeared when the dollar figures doubled, 1500 only showed up on Super Jeopardy!, and 250 was kicked out after the 1984 pilot. And unless I've missed something, this is the first time 750 has been a value. As Mario said the 250 increments fit really well for this game. Although they could just do 5, 10, 15, 20 since their only playing for points haha. Interestingly, this wouldn't actually be too odd -- the early-1990s British version used 5-10-15-20-25 in Round 1 and 10-20-30-40-50 in Round 2. Granted, they also had it so the players could only see their own scores, but still...
