Yeah I stuck with the backwards design and just left everything where it is... not that I can change it now. My wedges are so big that I had to cram them in just to fit them on my wheel. It's good though because the wedges are pressing right up against the pegs. Now all that's left to do is get the add-ons mounted on to some foamboard and she's good to go... Minus the bonus wheel
Anywho, the add-ons are kinda arbitrary at the moment, I can always move those around since they just lay on top of the wheel. imgur.com/a/e0igA#NiVNrDO

Wow, very cool! It may not have $32,000, but it does have $75,000 and even one worth a quarter-million dollars! A few years ago, I had thoughts about Wheel having an envelope worth $250,000.
Speaking of $250,000, remember this?
Vanna: Did a little bit of shopping. Did some clothes shopping. Pat: You just spent $250,000 on the wardrobe. Now you - what? Vanna: I need more clothes. Pat: Why?!
I'm sure you folks remember why.

You can count on me never including 32K or some random number like that on my wheel. I'm rather fond of having $25,000 back in the mix as well, makes things more spread out.
My wheel consist of 5 - 25K, 30K 4 - 35K 3 - 40K, 45K 1 - 50K, 75K, 100K, 250K (1 MIL when necessary)
Probably will never see 250K on the bonus wheel anytime soon but hey it's just fantasy.

Maybe not.
And I can't judge you for not wanting to include $32,000 as a bonus value, even though I've included $32,000 as a value in my Bonus Wheel. It may certainly be one of the more odder values (as Australia was one of the few if not only to use a wedge valued at $320), but it's just as well-rounded enough as Goen's $1250 for me to use it. Besides, wasn't $32,000 the original second benchmark value on Millionaire?

They did. I've always wondered why they used the values they did on Aussie wheel.
Anyway it was the second landmark but at least it made sense since they were doubling everything after $1,000

Those bonus envelopes look just like the real deal. What are they made of, and how do you get them to stay closed?

It's just printed on some gloss paper. Then I mounted that onto 1/4" black foamboard. THey don't fully close but once I get my bonus wheel layout I'm gonna mount that on foamboard as well and then cut slits into that to stick the envelopes in them. Before I used mailing envelopes that had a designated letter to them and then I would just switch the bonus envelopes in and out of them. I only switch them if a bigger amount was landed on. I like to be surprised when I see what's in them.

Finally finished the bonus wheel. Got really busy the last few weeks so I haven't had a ton of time to work on it. I'll post pictures in just a bit.

Excellent work, George! How did you make the raised letters?

THANKS! I printed up an extra copy of the bonus wedges and then cut the letters out from there. Then it was tracing along them on some foamboard. Throw on some yellow paint and a little gloss then glue them on top and there you go. I painted the letters black underneath so you wouldn't see the extra yellow. I got as giddy as a school girl when I spun it for the first time
