Since this is a Wheel of Fortune board, I'll start with that show. Here's a short list of the sounds it's borrowed from other game shows:
(Since 1989) "No letters in puzzle" buzzer: The $25,000/$100,000 Pyramid "Bonus Question": High Rollers Bonus Round "out of time" double-buzzer: The Price is Right/Now You See It
Let's see some more examples!

I don't think Wheel has ever shared a buzzer effect with either Pyramid or Price. The Pyramid buzzer is quieter and the Price buzzer has a more nasally sound to it. Things I'm aware of: - The wrong-letter buzzer from pre-Season 7 Wheel was used as a time's-up buzzer on the 1978 version of High Rollers.
- The TPIR losing horns have shown up on other G-T shows (e.g. Card Sharks).
- The sound effect that is used to reveal a Fast Money response on Family Feud was on Trivia Trap first.
- Late '80s-early '90s Nickelodeon tended to use the same two buzzers across their shows.

Bumper Stumpers used the Pyramid clock buzzer for their clock.

Which Price buzzer are you referring to? The one you'd hear, say, if you were over on your showcase or pulled a strike in 3 Strikes (etc. etc.), or the harsher one you'd hear, for example, if you rolled a wrong number in Dice Game or didn't have all five numbers right in Cover Up (among other uses)?

The harsher one.

Well, the regular TPIR buzzer may have the same E-flat tone as Wheel's Bonus Round Buzzer, but I can tell they're different. I don't think I can explain it in words, but I'd be surprised if they're the same only double-clipped for Wheel. Wheel's sounds much sharper. If someone had a sound manipulator and stretched the buzzer sound, I think the sharpness should show.
BTW, speaking of Wheel's Bonus Round buzzer, that was used as the buzzer on On The Cover, hosted by Russian Roulette's Mark L. Wahlberg.

After a few listens, I can finally see (or should it be hear?) the difference! I had always been under the impression that Wheel and Price used the exact same buzzer sound (though cut in half for the former), especially since Wheel started taping at Studio 33 (Bob Barker Studio) in 1989; glad to see that someone proved me wrong.
Speaking of Price, I know its dinging bell sound has also been used in other G-T/Fremantle shows (Card Sharks, Match Game and Press Your Luck come to mind), and I think the "B-flat" buzzer has also been used elsewhere as well.

- The sound effect that is used to reveal a Fast Money response on Family Feud was on Trivia Trap first.
How is that possible? Feud started in the mid 70s while Trivia Trap was an 80s creation. Unless I'm just confused on what you're talking about.

I found one that goes back a ways: the higher-pitched 1981-1989 Bonus Round countdown beeps were first used in 1975 on "Knockout" and "Give and Take."

Another obscure one: the Family Feud ring-in sound was the "time's up" buzzer on Chuck Henry's Now You See It.
And one from across the pond: on Family Fortunes, the laser sound effect heard when the top answer was revealed was also the sound signaling a school prize on the original UK Blockbusters.

Something I just discovered tonight: The current "Final Spin" bells from Wheel were used as a "Time's Up" chime on High Rollers (Martindale).

Now, the original "wrong guess" buzzer on Wheel was used as a "time's up" SFX on Bullseye.
The buzzer heard on many NBC shows (Sale, Password Plus, Card Sharks) can still be heard today on Watch What Happens Live when they play games. No not the NBC Claxon...the other one.
However, the dreaded NBC Claxon appeared on the first few weeks of Password Plus and Card Sharks (it remained on the latter for a Money Cards-ending bust); MG/HS when the Super Match was lost; Scrabble when the Sprint was lost...
NBC similarly had bells that crossed over several shows. Can't think of the names given to them, but... Card Sharks (Perry) correct guess/entering an answer bell = correct answer/Super Match entry on MG/HS; match on Classic Concentration; used on Scrabble. Correct guess on Sale of the Century = part of advancing in round one of Hitman (combined with bell mentioned above, and Super Password password reveal sound), briefly used for a correct answer on Hot Potato. Password Plus password reveal/correct answer = Blockbusters '80 when white captures a block. Super Password correct answer bell = also heard on several NBC shows, Blockbusters when red makes a capture; original correct answer on Classic Concentration; etc. etc. Crossed over to Match Game '90 on ABC.
Illegal clue on PW+ = Of course, crossed over to Super Password; also heard if you give an illegal clue in Turnabout on Child's Play.
Blockbusters, both NBC Passwords, and others had the same countdown effect.
Dawson/Combs chimes for the number one answer or finishing Fast Money = correct guess in One on One on TTTT90.
Of course, the famous CBS/Price "bell" could be heard on most shows coming from Television City.
And I still say that the Family Feud "clang" is at least similar to a clang heard from the Everlasting Gobstopper machine in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.

Family Feud's buzz-in sound was also used on Classic Concentration for solving a puzzle in case time ran out.
As for Wheel's double-buzz sounding similar to Price's harsh buzz in a way? Depends on how long the harsh buzz is. We know the long version from a wrong guess and the repeated one from everyone going over on the One Bid. Let's also not forget there's a short version in Spelling Bee in case someone repeats one of the 3 letters needed to spell "CAR" (each time a duplicate is found, the buzz just sounds once and quickly too).

It was established the double-buzz is different from the TPiR buzzer. I think the double-buzz is just a modified wrong letter buzzer.
