...that, as of the date of this post, has never made it to American shores?
I'm sure we all have our wish lists (I certainly have a couple in mind), but please try to limit your response to just one show.

My favorite would have to be the UK's Pointless. It's a pretty neat spin on Family Feud (instead of finding the more popular answers, find answers that are more obscure).

I want to see if there's anybody interested in bringing Countdown or 1,000 Heartbeats over here.

If I read correctly, Countdown has made it to U.S. shores, but it didn't do well. It said there was a $25,000 bonus for successfully using all 9 letters? That seems like a bit much for such a simple game. I'd have stuck with just a $5,000 bonus, as it's not part of a bonus round.

Only Connect... but that format is probably too smart for the average American. I shudder to think of how dumbed down an American version of OC would be. Last year on the OC Facebook group, we actually hypothesized an American version of OC that stayed true to the British version. It would air weekly on PBS and be hosted by Anne Hegerty (The Governess of The Chase). Sure, a PBS game show would be dirt-cheap... but it would still pay out more than the real OC.

The Cube, since it's gone to series in a whole bunch of countries except the United States. We got frickin' Minute To Win It instead. Yay. If I read correctly, Countdown has made it to U.S. shores, but it didn't do well. It didn't get past the pilot stage, probably because they tried to "Americanize" the show by shoehorning a bonus round and kicking out the Numbers Games.

I like it too, if only because I really first saw it through Greggo's version. Granted, I'm sure I'd get a lot more enjoyment from the original show if I could understand Japanese, but it's really not bad at all.

Definitely The Cube. I'm surprised GSN hasn't contemplated making a pilot for the show yet. They already have connections to ITV studios with The Chase, and they could use most of the same games and money tree as the UK version.
