Oh I'd love to have those cloudy backgrounds! I hope that's the ones they use in S33. It makes no sense for them to still use art with wedge amounts than are no longer. The cloudy backgrounds will also better match the WOF logo below where Pat stands.
When I get my main wheel and bonus wheel completely finished, I'm going to start planning to make a puzzle board. I've always wanted to make a puzzle board!

Just a couple more pics... I added end caps to the podium wall and did a few paint touch ups. I'm still not done yet. I need to do bigger score displays and add a "roof" to the podium wall.   |

^ I wish I were that talented. MarioGS made it. I love his and Wheelgenius' art. They do such great jobs.
I'd love to have a wedge marked "Massachusetts" with fall trees like the one used on the show to use for a trip to Salem when I do my Halloween themed puzzles.

Amazing! When you make the scoreboards bigger, it will be very closer to the original one. Specially I like the detail of the Free Play and Express wedges. They look very real.

Now that the color scheme is done, I wish I'd painted the base neon blue and light blue for the stripes. Although the purple does look good, I think neon blue would've looked more authentic.
However, when you look at the actual wheel base, it does have a neon purple hue to it. It's confusing to figure out what color it actually is.
By the way, if anyone's interested in making their own wheel, I used a white DVD case to make the flappers.

By god..The new layout for S33 is horrible at this point I'd go so far as to say that I would rather have the Shoppers bazzar layout than this. No offense to you tlc38tlc38 |

^ No offense taken---I hate it too. Let's all keep our fingers crossed that they'll change it for season 34 or 35.
4 $600 wedges and 1 $650 wedge on the same side of the wheel is excessive.
3 $650 wedges looks stupid. I know we'd be losing another $100 but they should change one of those $650 wedges to a $550.

The more I look at this the worse it gets, I swear. I'm talking about the layout by the way. $500-$650 cover 14 spaces of the wheel. That's just terrible.

I bet they'll change it for the tapings after the first aired week. However, we won't see the "fixed" template until months later, and it will be clear that some weeks aired out of order.
