Would it be ok for me to start a new thread of my puzzles? It'd be a great way for me to keep up with the puzzles I've used and it'd also be good for other people to use for their at-home games....
I don't want to start the thread without permission from TPTB.

I don't know how many people would be interesting in seeing that kind of content. If you happen to throw it in with a post of your graphics, that's all well and good, but I don't know if anyone is going to want a thread with just the puzzles.
If you want a resource for puzzles, we have the Puzzle Compendium in the links section. It is a little bit behind on the most recent season, but other wise includes just about every puzzle Guint & Co. have been able to cram into it. Also it's fully searchable.

I was just wanting a place (thread) that I frequent often to document my puzzles for my reference and if others are interested in also hosting games of their own they'd be more than welcome to also reference the puzzles. No harm in asking. I know the rules about posting are strict here so I thought I'd ask before I started the thread.

Get ready for game night! It's over a month away but I made this ad to put up in the community building where my aunt lives.

I'm wanting to print out letter squares for my puzzle board I plan to make. I'm looking for squares with the current font. Are they anywhere on this site or have they not been made by anyone?

I think I need 3"x5" letter squares along with the green side with the wof logo.
By the way, I love your new avatar MarioGS.

Well, they're easy to make in Powerpoint if you have the font, which is Helvetica Neue Condensed.

^Is there a website to download this font for free?

^Nevermind, I think I found a site that has it for free. It was like hunting for the prize Easter egg. Finding free fonts is tough.

WOFFan2008 (IIRC) made a puzzle board program, but I don't know if it's still available. I use it, and have the sounds on Windows Media Player (the longer cues that aren't included with his program) and hook it up via HDMI to my TV for a puzzleboard. I'd share but, but I would need his permission first.
And MAJOR KUDOS to your wheel! It is light years ahead of my wheel. It looks so clean and polished. I like the idea of individualizing the wedges in case you need to do a major overhaul (or if S33 becomes the "we can't really decide on a normal wheel template" season with numerous layouts).
Keep up the good work! I've never been able to do a good bonus wheel. I just have the layout on matboard with envelope slits, and it just fits right over my wheel. Thanks to you, I'll be making a separate wheel from now on! Question, did you ever solve the issue you had with cutting the envelope slits?

^I ended up not laminating the bonus wheel layout. I just printed it out in sections and taped it down. If it gets dirty, I'll just reprint it out again.
I'm currently getting my supplies together to build a puzzle board. This is going to be a task for me. I'm still trying to figure out how and what to use to make the letters turn.

Did you use two wooden circles and then use a "lazy susan" piece that connects the two circles? I'm curious because I did do one wheel like that, but even with minimal ball bearings and WD40, it wouldn't spin as freely. I went back to my old method which was a larger lazy susan (at Bed Bath & Beyond). For the 36" wheel that I have, I just screwed a lazy susan underneath the 36" wooden circle, and it works like a charm! Your project here has inspired me to revamp my own wheel! I love how you did your podiums and layout!

I unscrewed the spinning part of a lazy susan and used wood glue to attach it to the bottom of the wheel. It's actually not attached to the base, it just sits there and can be moved but it doesn't move unless you move it---It's pretty steady. I did it like this so it could easily be transported.

That's actually a really good idea! Bed Bath & Beyond is a great place to get those! By the way, mind PMing me so we can discuss your Wheel more? I don't want to hijack your thread.

Nice job. The dimensions of those are much taller than the real ones, but if it's makes it easier for you to print, then that's fine. The font is also bolder than the actual one, but that's good because it makes the letters more readable.
