It was actually a trip to Lake Tahoe. It was there because right before I took my picture, the crew added various city wedges on the wheel along with Orbitz wedges. They were making a still store for future Orbitz promos.

I auditioned in Tampa on January 12th. It was slightly over the two week mark when I got the letter. I didn't think that I did well enough during the final evaluation of the audition but so happy that it worked out.

Today I finally got an answer to a question I wanted to know about. I called the office and asked "The letter says you could have to wait up to 18 months before scheduled to appear on the show. Do those 18 months include the 3 months when the show is on hiatus?". The answer is no. So for me it's been 15 months since I got my letter, minus the 3 months hiatus and it's technically 12 months. I was super relieved because the end of the season would've been the 18 months. They checked my name in the computer and claimed I'm still in the pool and they'll put a note next to my name that I've been waiting a while. Again I'm breathing a little easier but won't fully breathe easy until I get that tape date.

Iroc24 who tried out the day after me and got the letter around the same time as me has also been waiting over a year for that tape date.
