A memorable moment I have is one of their April Fools' episodes where all the puzzles contained some form of the word "FOOL". I'm not sure when this aired but it was only a few years ago. Great episode.

Even before my taping, two of my favorite moments were Pat Sajak's ad-libbing - specifically his "Pat-downs." First, watching GOPHER on a certain College Week, then INGENIOUS DEVICE on another. Little did I know... GOPHER from College Week in 2001 at DAR Constitution hall in Washington, D.C. (I saw this from the 4000th show) and I've never seen that INGENIOUS DEVICE solve from New Orleans in 2011 until I saw that moment on the interwebs.

I'll never forget the Dec. 1995 episode where Pat chopped off a piece of Vanna's hair and ran out into the audience giving out strands of it during the closing credits.

The 1992 episode where a contestant solved BABY (not BABY BOY) with no letters on the board. If social media existed then, they would have gone nuts
The $45,000 JAMES MADISON WISCONSIN Speed-Up solve
