^ Thanks, cowheelfan! Here's another post then: www.facebook.com/missjazzey1/videos/1002286689792842/Note that several of her friends called what she did a "strategy" and she doesn't correct them. Also note that not a single comment recognizes her for doing a selfless act. If it really was purely for the sake of the other players as so many are saying, wouldn't she or her friends have said something to confirm that by now? Here's an interesting article I found from a few years ago. #6 seem familiar? www.cracked.com/article_19664_6-counterintuitive-tricks-to-beating-popular-game-shows.htmlDon't get me wrong. She clearly deserves credit for winning the game and playing that last round in such an interesting way. She also deserves credit for all the publicity the show's been getting and the discussion around good sportsmanship and supporting fellow veterans. She also seems like a nice, genuine and enthusiastic person. I'm just skeptical she deserves credit for trying to help her fellow players win the round.

Until R4, I thought the major moment of this episode was going to be Troy's Express crash on the prize puzzle - did anyone else hear the audible groan from the audience? Any time you hear "AWWWW"ing from the audience, it's almost always sound effects dubbed in for dramatic effect. After years of watching, you begin to notice they're the same soundbites.

So the only thing to win was just to call uncommon letters and to be stumped so she can be ahead. Interesting. Also didn't feel with that BR.

Trip Puzzle...kinda sucked. But that's par for the course. Your optimal Bonus Round picks for November 10, 2015:* Not a fan of puzzles that have more than three vowels in 'em, but hey... I'll go with BPMA(Y), since it helps both words about equally (or as about as equally as it can get with a two-letter word in there). That Speed-Up, though...yeah, that was definitely a thing. And this is just a theory to add onto the others, but maybe Nura did what she did in the Speed-Up round to extend her 15 minutes of fame? I mean, given how social media reacts to Wheel contestants who make head-scratching guesses (Julian Batts; the CORNO CURRO guy; etc.), maybe she figured she had the game locked up and figured that if she gives obscure letters and get buzzed-out multiple times, she'd likely get a comment from Pat and buzz on social media. Speaking of which, Jimmy Kimmel's group got into the fray during their weekly "Unnecessary Censorship" bit: www.youtube.com/watch?v=JhsfEcI41XI&t=1m

Here's a post Nura made before her ep aired, but this one has a LOT more comments: www.facebook.com/groups/ChiTownFoodies/permalink/1105723026134545/As with the other FB post she made, not one comment commended her for helping the other players win the Speed-Up, but several did recognize her for employing a strategy to win it by calling uncommon letters. Interestingly the most recent is from someone wanting to bring to her attention the claim she threw the round to help her fellow veterans. First comment of that sort on any of her FB posts.

And now I've found two FB posts by Nura's friends for which a relative has commented that the motivation for the letters Nura called was the X in her last name. Makes me think the Z for ZULU was a tribute to the military and maybe even a friend who interestingly has ZULU in his FB name. Have no guesses regarding the Q. The more that I find on FB, the more I'm convinced the motivation for her letter calls was she had a good lead and wanted to try a unique strategy to win the round she had planned in advance, with an intention to call low frequency letters that meant something to her and her friends and with no or at most partial intention of trying to help the other players. Not saying she's a bad person or player. On the contrary, she's seems like wonderful person and player, deserving to be congratulated by all. Willing to admit I still could be wrong though as all the evidence I've found up to this point is circumstantial. But I have yet to find a shred of evidence supporting the contrary. On a side note, I recall some planning of my own I did for the SU for my game. If given a chance to solve and I didn't know it, I planned to solve with either I HAVE NO IDEA or DING DONG LADY as a tribute to the many times I played home versions with my brother where we often did that. And I am thankful that I was given one such chance.

HA! Love how you're on the case, Eugene. You have to hand it to her for whatever reason she did it though. Extend the 15 minutes.

^ Ha, thanks Kevin! Speaking of extending the 15, another thing the evidence shows is that the theory she played that way in order to try to go viral has little to no merit. She makes multiple comments alluding to how all the attention she's been receiving has been unexpected.
