I can FINALLY disregard one of the puzzles MarioGS solved during his game and LET THE CAT OUT OF THE BAG. Last month I flew out to NYC to be a contestant on ABC's revival of the $100,000 Pyramid! My game will air on Sunday, July 3 at 9:30|8:30c after the first game of the night airs. You'll have to tune in to see how I did! Hopefully better than how I did on Wheel!

Congrats! Maybe you can answer something I asked over at The Game Show Forum: are players allowed to use their hands in the front game for gestures and the like? I ask because there's a clip in one of ABC's promos where someone tries to describe "hips" without their hands leaving the table, even though pointing to said part and saying "this is my/your..." would work. Looking at the shape of the desks, it seems those kinds of clues wouldn't really be communicated to the studio or home audiences (and, depending on how the back end is structured, to the contestant as well). The fact the desks are shaped like how they are makes me think it wouldn't be easy to get up quickly to do physical clues, either.

Thanks! Yes, you can use your hands in the front game for gestures. Agreed that the desks and chairs make it somewhat difficult to get up and make gestures when you need to. I personally don't remember if I tried to or not though. Even I will have to watch and find out for myself!

Awesome, Eugene! I'm gonna make myself a note to watch. On a somewhat related note, Millionaire is doing auditions in Philly next week and I'm debating going. Do we have a Millionaire audition thread here? Or other shows?

Watched your show last night, Eugene. Congratulations! It was a lot of fun. I was hoping you would at least get to the bonus round one time, so I'm glad you also got some money too! I feel for you though--your $50,000 round was hard!
