What could've been another dull episode (due to a DISASTROUS R1) actually turned out to be a good one. Boy, it took guts for Blake to successfully risk over $7K on the Mystery wedge and then spin a few more times! Great work!  But I wanted Kim to win, given she's a good puzzle solver. And $5K isn't a bad 3rd-place total for Shannon. I actually thought the first word of the BR was JUGS. Going with POTS when there's no T up there wouldn't cut it (and the audience members shouldn't have clapped), but to quote Steve Harvey: "You couldn't have gotten that one." And what a nice surprise toward the end! Welcome back, Autumn! My rating: 7 That bad round was because of the BANKRUPTs. |

So they brought Autumn back to the stage... just to say hi. Why couldn't it have been to play again against the other two million winners? That's a special episode waiting to happen... but it will never happen under Harry's watch. Also, I'm surprised they didn't redub the music when replaying the clip. The redub only happens during Season 34 2016 reruns. I take it you weren't yet a fan during Season 30 where Wheel redubbed nearly all of their flashback clips when necessary to have the then-current music. |
