...$100,000. This is the first time the top prize has been hit in the Bonus Round, this season, and boy, was this not the way we wanted to see it. 




Well, this certainly was not a way to start off our America's Game weeks. Our contestants collected $171,415 in cash and prizes, altogether, this week. The only highlight from this week was the one Bonus Round win on Monday. We had low scoring games all throughout the week, and the $100,000 loss on today's show just made things even worse for this week. If there was any positive to this week, it's that at least we didn't get skunked. Thankfully, we won't see another America's Game week until the end of the year. 

Next week, Wheel of Fortune is honoring our nation's capital, Washington D.C., as a "Great American City". This will be the first of the "Great American Cities" weeks, and will feature contestants from around the Washington D.C. area.  Hopefully, they can make up for some of our not so pleasant weeks, like this one.
