I noticed Emma put her Wild Card in the basket after she missed the Prize Puzzle. She got it back. It's a good thing that they now have a graphic to show the Wild Card or they might not have noticed to give the Wild Card back. In a November 2012 episode someone thought they lost the Wild Card after not solving a puzzle and gave the Wild Card to Pat. Pat took it. And the player didn't get their Wild Card back. And, the fourth $100,000 win of Season 41! It's nice to have a $100,000 win two weeks in a row!

Emma got lucky that her snafu on the solve in round 3 didn't end up costing her the game, but then not only did she get to the bonus round and solve it (just in time!) she gets the $100,000! Our second $100,000 win in 2 weeks, and the 3rd time its been hit in two weeks.

In the crossword round, I thought Ben figured out about the first PEN when he called the B, but I wondered why he would call a C on his next spin. Not only that, the D call after he picked up the MDW was also questionable. I have to be honest with that, so congratulations to Tori on winning...$200!
If I were one of the producers, I would've also said no to Emma's answer because she added "Oh, shoot." in between the puzzle for the PP, in which Pat pointed out before the TTU. Good to know that "Oh, shoot." is a TV-G language. Putting the WC inside the basket after a mis-solve? That's interesting. She must have mistaken to something else, possibly a mis-solve during the Express Round would lead to a Bankrupt and then she has to surrender the WC?
I got the BR puzzle with the RSTLNE and Emma's pick were great because calling the H and the B gave her the opportunity to know what the first word was, but I was surprised that she got stuck with the first two words. I noticed that there was a 2-second pause between WE and HAD, and she managed to say that again for the win. I thought it would be another $75K win, but it turned out to be the $100K?! There have been too many $100K hits this season! I believe this is the first $100k win that is not holiday themed or sweepstakes week for this season, so the entire week may qualify for summer reruns, I guess

Interestingly, not only was this a second consecutive Wednesday episode with a $100K win, but both winners were from Minneapolis.
Also, as a YouTube comment pointed out, this is the fourth time $100K has been hit on the date of March 27, and only the first win. There were $100K losses on March 27 of 2003, 2012, and 2013.

What happened here highlighted the importance of buying vowels. For instance, I wouldn’t have gotten the three-letter word in Round 2 without a vowel shown. A vowel would’ve helped Emma get Round 3 easily. As for the Bonus Round, however, I didn’t need anything more than the RSTLNE.
Even so, something good came out of all this. These days, due to the Prize Puzzle usually determining who goes to the Bonus Round, it’s news when someone goes to the Bonus Round with an all-cash total. Whenever I see that happen, the winner typically either lands on the car, does not solve the Bonus Puzzle, or both. What happened here could have hardly been more different unless Emma had the Million Dollar Wedge on her, but hey, I still love seeing these six-figure all-cash totals after a Bonus Round win!

This Wednesday episode was truly an adventure. It started out OK, then took a bit of a dip after Emma’s costly pause in the Prize Puzzle. Good thing she made it up for it in the end with confetti! 🥳 (Everyone was a great sport, by the way.) Interestingly, not only was this a second consecutive Wednesday episode with a $100K win, but both winners were from Minneapolis. That city is getting lucky. 😉 And with a big all-cash total, Emma can travel anywhere. My rating: 8
