My first post and hopefully not my last one:
Let's get in our time machine and set it for season 6 in the syndicated showing of American's Game! Tonight we have $227,000 on offer during our big bonanza of cash. Let's meet our contestants shall we?
Hank Kahani (sp): Honolulu, HI. (discovered at the contestant search at the Moana Surfrider Hotel), Computer eduation Specialist and Realtor, wife and two kids.
Nancy Odem: Northfield, Michigan: homemaker, mother of 4 and grandmother of one. Interest includes her grandbaby Dallas, crosswords and gameshows.
Becky Daniel: Louisville, KY: expecting (found out the week before). Teacher of second grade in Spenser county.
Now time for the ceremonial first spin: Top Value: $1000 and Free Spin Wedge is in play...

Nancy is up now and spins up $150; calls out S and finds two of them for three of them. Buys a vowel: E and one is found. Of course has to spin now only has $50 and she does and gets hit by the dreaded Bankrupt losing $50 and her turn.
Becky is up and just misses top dollar and lands on $200. Calls a D and finds one. She spins again and land on the space before top dollar at the yellow $500. She calls P and one is in the puzzle. Spins again and lands on the blue $300 calls out L and one is on the board and now upping her to $1000. She decides to spin again and lands on red $200 next to Free spin; calls B and one is found.

She spins again just passes the free spin wedge to land on red $200. Picks M and one is one the board. She is sitting at $2900 at this point and decides to buy again, this time an O. Finds two. She decides to spin again and lands on the pink $700 and selects a H. One is found.

A lot of money could be made in this round on the right spin. Becky starts us off with the lavender $500 and picks S and five are up there getting her a quick $2500. She spins again and passes the dreaded Lose-A-Turn to the mauve $250. Picks T and get $500 more putting her at $3000. She spins again and just stops before the Lose-A-Turn again with the red $800. Picks R and finds 2 more for $1600. She is now in the buying mood and picks E. Two are in the puzzle. She spins again and lands on the peach $300. Picks N and finds 2 of them for $600 putting her at $4950. She buys an A and none could be found.
Hank takes control of the wheel and lands on $250 (light blue) just missing top dollar. Calls for an M and find three for $750. He spins again and lands on the $500 (red). He call for a Q (interesting choice) and none is up there.
Nancy turn to spin and barely escapes Bankrupt landing on the goldenrod $900. She picks D and get four of them getting a quick $3600. She buys a vowel and I and finds one. She spins and lands on the $800 (red) again and takes a P. One is found and puts her up to $4150. With hesitation she spins and lands on the light blue $200. Picks L and finds one. She goes back and forth for a second decided to buy a vowel and O. (If you are not sure, vowels can be your best friend...). Good buy for her because there are 5! She decides to finish off the vowels and buys the U.

He selects and R and finds 2 of them, taking him up to $4350. He decides to buy an O but no is there, forfeiting his control.
Nancy spins now and lands on the orange $400 and picks an M. finds one. She spins again and lands on the the $250. Picks P and get one as well.
