Hey, everyone. Bobby's currently having issues with his computer power cord, so you'll be seeing a couple other folks filling in for him over the next few episodes. Hopefully he gets things straightened out quickly. Anyway, I apologize in advance for any inaccuracies or lack of polish - it's been a while since I last recapped and my video source isn't exactly HD-quality, but I'm going to give it my best shot.

To be Fun & Fit, one must lead an ACTIVE LIFESTYLE, and Jenny gets $1,000 for knowing that!
CONTESTANT INTERVIEWS:
Jenny Riehl is a speech language pathologist from Kingston, New York. She lives there with her "wonderful" husband, A.J., and while they don't have any kids themselves, she claims to have the most amazing niece in the world, and wishes Bailey a happy birthday. While not on the job, she's also a part-time Zumba instructor.
Laura Poochigian is visiting us from Fresno, California, where she works as a fifth and sixth-grade teacher. She's a self-proclaimed adrenaline junkie who is always looking for opportunities to get her heart rate up, which sometimes scares her students a bit.
Paul Mategna also comes from California, specifically from Rosemond. He's a former member of the Air Force and flight-test engineer at Edwards Air Force Base. He's currently engaged to his fiancee, Johanna, and they have two children, Julia and Logan (who are 8 and 12).

Paul is STAYING MOTIVATED and earning the first spin of the night!

ROUND 1: SONG TITLE

_ _ _ _ / _ _ _ _ _
Paul starts us off with a spin of $650, but there is no T for him.
Jenny gets close to the Million-Dollar Wedge, but ends up in the BANKRUPT on its right edge.
Laura lands on the ½ Car near $650 and picks it up with an N. She's more successful in buying E's (finding three) before spinning again and picking up the Million-Dollar Wedge with S! Her next spin just hangs on to the Post Shredded Wheat prize, but there is no L for her to take it off the wheel.
Paul hits the $550 for a pair of H's and uses that cash to buy up the five A's. After calling for two R's on $700, he clears the vowels by picking up the I. $800 more comes his way for the G, but then the "one more time" curse strikes as his flipper flops out of $2,500 and into BANKRUPT.
Jenny hits $550 for the P's and $500 (where the prize wedge normally goes) for the Y's...

_ _ _ / _ _ _ _ / _ _
Jenny starts this time and gets $600 each for two T's before hitting LOSE A TURN.
Laura has a better spin - $800 - but worse letter luck, as she whiffs with N.
Paul has a chance at the big $3,500 space, but S likewise is a bad call.
Jenny smartly uses her cash to buy some vowels - one I and three O's - before going back to the wheel. Around comes the ½ Car near $550, which she takes with a G. She then takes all the remaining vowels, purchasing the U's, E's, and A in that order, before spinning up $500 (the normal prize location) and calling for the trio of B's. Next comes the Mystery Wedge between $700 and $800... there's one H on the puzzleboard... and $10,000 on the back of the wedge! No more spins for her...

_ _ _ _ _ / _ _ _ _
_ _ / _ _ _ _ _ _
_ _ / _ _ _ _ _ _ _
Laura gets her chance to kick off a round, but her opening spin is BANKRUPT near Free Play.
Paul takes the spokes in hand and puts up a $700 T. That's enough for vowels, so he goes ahead and gets two E's before rotating over to the $600 spot for the trio of H's. He buys a lone I and then adds three times $800 to his bank for some S's. His next purchase is the A before returning to $600 for a couple of W's. He shells out the money for triple O's but recoups the loss by making $800 for the F. At this stage, he attempts to solve...
S _ _ _ _ / W I T H
_ O / _ H A _ _ E
O F / S H O W E _ S
...but runs into trouble when he tries to say SUNNY WITH A and trails off. Pat encourages him to back up, but Paul fails to complete a revised guess before the buzzer sounds.
Jenny, however, has no trouble (other than a slight hesitation) filling in SUNNY WITH NO CHANCE OF SHOWERS. She has no cash, but picks up the trip to Honolulu! Sponsored by Honolulu.buzz, that trip adds $7,455 to her already solid lead!
Bankrupt: Laura (loss of turn)
