The contestants' final totals are now hidden to avoid spoiling the episode. Also changed the info columns around a bit as I do every year. The 11/24/17 episode of Wheel was originally pre-empted on FOX by College Basketball in the East and College Football in the West, and on some ABC stations (7:00 Eastern airings only) by College Football as well. And now it will once again be pre-empted by that sport at least in the West since there is a game scheduled for 5:00 Pacific on 9/15. WABC New York does not have Wheel nor Jeopardy! listed for that weekend, so I'm guessing that J! is being replaced with news delayed thanks to the 3:30 game for that day and Wheel by some local special. For those who watch Saturday Jeopardy!, their first rerun next season is the 12/13/17 episode: Show #7653, 34x068, LaKedra (Day 3)/Rachel/Bryce. |

there is a game scheduled for 5:00 Pacific on 9/15. WABC New York does not have Wheel nor Jeopardy! listed for that weekend, so I'm guessing that J! is being replaced with news delayed thanks to the 3:30 game for that day and Wheel by some local special. Scratch that. Wheel is now listed at its usual 7:30 time. It's an interesting situation. On the East Coast, there is a very small window between college football games from 7-8 PM Eastern. WABC along with some other affiliates like WTNH schedule local news for 7:00 (still under the title "News at 6") and Wheel stays put at 7:30. However, since football and/or its postgame discussion runs longer than the allotted time slot about half the time, the news cannot start until after ABC ends its football broadcast. If the overrun isn't much, WABC news will end at either 7:30 or 7:45 with Wheel joined in progress. However, if they cannot squeeze in all the news before 7:45, they just run it until 8:00, which was unfortunately the case this past weekend, so the final Season 34 rerun did not air in the NYC market. The weekend before that, news ended at 7:45 and Wheel started in the middle of Round 3. Jeopardy! usually gets moved to either Saturday morning at 4:00 AM (pushing back the regular 4:00/4:30/5:00 shows by half an hour and dropping 5:30's Jack Hanna's Into the Wild), or sometime Sunday afternoon with no consistency. Last weekend, WABC aired J! Sunday at 2:00 PM between Vacation Creation and World of X Games. 9/15's rerun is scheduled for Sunday at 2:30 PM between Sports Stars of Tomorrow and Our World with Black Enterprise. 9/22's rerun is Saturday at 4:00 AM. But at least it never gets pre-empted by football/news overrun. On the West Coast, the 1-hour window between college football is from 4-5 PM, so most will simply air an hour of news, and then more news after the game in the vacant Saturday night primetime slots. KABC airs news until 10:00, followed by a rerun of an ABC show such as 20/20. They do not have any of the upcoming Saturday reruns of Wheel or Jeopardy! listed at all. However, KGO San Francisco fills the 9:00 PM hour with Saturday Jeopardy! and a local show titled ABC 7's Bay Area LIFE. They don't show Saturday Wheel at all during college football season. KOMO Seattle also airs J! but not Wheel during the season. WPVI Philadelphia and WTVD Raleigh do not air either game show at all on Saturdays during the season. |

Heads up. Some listings are showing a different episode for this Saturday. Most list 11/24/17 from AG1, but some sources show 12/28/17 (S35 E79, Hawaii Day 4, Zak/Betsy/Kinsy). I doubt this is true since that episode reran less than a month ago.

No Halloween Week episode for Halloween weekend? Hmph. Was really rooting for Leaf or Cori's episode.  BTW, special shoutout to jjman920 for getting the info for me most weeks. My listings usually don't show them right away because of uncertain scheduling on my station, but his market airs the reruns on a CW affiliate on Sundays so it's never pre-empted by weekend sports or anything else. |

LA people, KABC has found a post-game slot for Saturday Jeopardy! and Wheel. Starting this weekend, they will be airing in the 9:00 PM hour.
Might want to tune in tonight if you want to relive the glory of seeing a $100K win on TV...
Fans of Austin Rogers, his run will be next on Saturday J!, starting 11/24, after Josh Hill's 8-game run ends.

I watched the episode, tonight, and the Spin I.D. WAS edited out. When the round ended, and Pat showed the $10,000 Mystery Wedge, the scene cut to him telling the contestant who won it her current total. To be honest, I kind of wish Wheel of Fortune would NOT rerun any episodes of $100K/$1M losses, or any episodes of embarrassing moments for the respect of those contestants where unfortunate events happened to them. It's understandable for the first run for the sake of the contestants wanting to see themselves on TV, but if something bad happened to them during the episode, wouldn't a rerun just be a harsh reminder of what happened? - acwof |

Are you kidding me?! Wheel of fortune seems to have no sense of sympathy at all, running both million dollar losses as Saturday reruns. Honestly, I wish Harry got fired from his job from all the disaster moments he gave us last season. He is kind of a very stingy person.😡

Quite honestly, he’s not stingy. Those disaster moments were party because of Sony’s financial troubles. Harry would have liked to do more (On Location tapings for example.), but he has to stay within the budget limits, which explains all of those cheap moments.

College Football on network TV is coming to a close for the season. There are no more 8:00PM Eastern games, so Saturday Wheel is back on the schedule on almost all of the stations that have not been airing it, especially on the West Coast. However, for the networks that still air 3:30 games, Wheel is still at risk of getting pre-empted by overrun if it's scheduled for right after the game. One of the only exceptions is WPVI Philadelphia, which still is not airing Wheel or Jeopardy! at all on weekends right now.
Although if you did just now get Saturday Wheel back in your area, I wouldn't tune in tonight.

Yay, Shonda's episode's coming up!  I hope this one doesn't get pre-empted by football overrun again. My station originally had it scheduled for Sunday afternoon at 1:30, then yesterday they moved it back to Saturday in a cramped 7:35-8:00 time slot after the game. |

Yay, Shonda's episode's coming up! I hope this one doesn't get pre-empted by football overrun again. My station originally had it scheduled for Sunday afternoon at 1:30, then yesterday they moved it back to Saturday in a cramped 7:35-8:00 time slot after the game. So this is weird... The football game signed off at 7:34 almost immediately after the clock ran out, but they ran commercials all the way to about 7:40, and then after a WABC news bumper, Wheel abruptly cut in, without even a "Joined in Progress" notice, during the sixth turn of Round 2 (when yellow contestant Heidi was landing on a Bankrupt) and the rest of the show aired as normal. Seemingly to make up for the fact that the show didn't air in full (and would not have aired in full anyway since it didn't have a full 30-minute time slot to begin with), WABC decided to put another airing of the episode in its originally-intended Sunday at 1:30 time slot after Jeopardy!, but the listings still showed the show that they gave that time slot to after they moved Wheel back to Saturday - a rerun of the syndicated news magazine show 50PlusPrime.  |

Looks like we got an odd case of an episode having two Saturday reruns.
The October 17, 2017 episode (S-6657; 35x027; Show You the World, Day 2; Robert/Helen/Nadean) already reran on November 10, 2018 (oddly instead of a Veterans Week episode, which instead aired Christmas weekend) and will rerun again on February 9, 2019.
This is the first time since Season 32 that an episode got two Saturday reruns, and only the third known time it has happened. Interestingly, this will result in three different syndicated airings of the episode in three different calendar years. The only other known time this has happened was with the November 7, 2012 episode from Season 30, which reran that summer on July 31, 2013 and again the next season on May 24, 2014.

Fail on Wheel's part. Tonight's rerun did not match the episode that was listed. It was not a third airing of S35 E27, 10/17/17 (Robert/Helen/Nadean), even though that's what listings said. It was actually three episodes later than that: S35 E30, 10/20/17 (Michelle/Blair ( BRMDW )/Tara). It was the Friday episode from Show You the World week, not Tuesday. This is the first time I've seen listings have a wrong episode listed for a Saturday rerun. I had to manually schedule this one to record because my DVR still had the repeat airing from 11/10/18 stored (which I need to delete anyway because that airing got pre-empted by college football overrun), and stupid me accidentally scheduled the recording on the standard-def channel, so the recording is windowboxed like a GSN airing. |

Check out what the slate for the reruns currently looks like:  The "REV" suffix stands for "revised". Unlike the first-run slates, rerun slates are silent and aren't read aloud by Jim or anyone else. |
